Well it should certainly make the deal more attractive to the potential partner and more likely the deal will go through. I've always been if the opinion that kerim has a pretty good ideal about all their assets and I'm also sure his feelings would have been given to new JV prior to MOU. The fact that the expectations are becoming reality may not alter deal however it does further excite me as to the potential of salinbas and the blue sky potential of share price if expectation becomes reality there. !!

In addition, we expect to proceed with land acquisitions over the coming months and look forward to commencing discussions with potential lenders to fund the development of the Tavsan Mine. Under ordinary circumstances we expected that Tavsan would have achieved first production by late 2021, although due to the difficulties imposed by COVID-19, we are now expecting some delays to this timeline. In the meantime, however, all capital requirements for the development of Tavsan are being funded from Kiziltepe cashflow.

Yes thanks Plas. Nice to know we are on the same wavelength. Tavsan will be very profitable at these gold prices!If the MOU goes through we will have 30million the the bank, 23.5% on the profits from both mines and Salinbas being developed to production on a free carry. Pretty exciting for little Ariana!Oh and I nearly forgot all that potential in Cyprus!

No wonder PMs have perked up, the Fed signalling near zero interest rates to 2022. It will be no different here while in the meantime the keep cranking up the QE.

I agree Lottsgold. There must be quite a bit of news to flow over the next couple of months which I expect to change the current sentiment significantly. But for those wanting to buy in, this is a great opportunity mindful that we all remain so confident about the outlook and the ongoing value disconnect. I guess pull backs are healthy as they establish a firmer base before we move firmly back into the 4's and in turn 5's plus. It's difficult to judge how much value the DEAL will add or perhaps even the Tavsan E.I.A. & forestry permits approval, but I can't see them being small beer. From the recent Shareprophets Q & A Kerim said he expected to clear the EIA during the summer. And he said that in lock-down.
Kerim also said we would get a Tavsan mine schedule shortly, hopefully indicating mine production (another 30,000 J.V. ozs p.a.) starting late 2021. More than doubling output from our highly cash generative J.V. Remember the Tavsan Scoping Study had an IRR of 80% based on gold at just $1250 per oz, with a 1.1 year payback.
Then there is the ongoing Kiziltepe drill programme and the fascinating underground work. Do you recall that Kerim again at the Shareprophets Q & A said this:- " What I can say is that the current resource block model extends significantly below the current Arzu South pit and along its NW extension. So much so that we probably have perhaps DOUBLE the total Arzu South resource which cannot currently be mined by open-pit methods". "And that is based on what we already know". That implies to me he expects there to be a lot more. So taking advantage of this pull back seems like a very sensible investing strategy to me.

Bought a few more today as well, looking forward to the news flow. People getting impatient seeing lots of blue in other goldies today. Multiple pieces of news to arrive any day now, exciting times ahead just need to be patient as you guys say.

Couple weeks ago when it was at 4.2 and I posted that I had placed a limit order at 3.8 someone posted that I had “No chance Mate” don’t recall who it was but it pays to be patient I have learned.

Nothing goes up in a straight line.

another 400k in the bag, not showing on trades, but thats not surprising with the games the MM play, happy shopper this week, hope it keeps dropping but not prepared to take the chance but will accumulate more if it does.
