18/11/2019 16:05 | Same here. I believe in the long term here, have done well over the last three years and believe there to be significant further upside on the way.Tweets just made me chuckle. | kirbs4
18/11/2019 15:31 | I ruddy well hope so. | charles clore
18/11/2019 15:22 | I get the frustration, but maybe, just maybe this will all become good with a good set of figures and the debt finishing in a few months. | claretandbluedave
18/11/2019 15:06 | See the news was tweeted 30 mins or so ago by the Ariana account. Swiftly jumped on by someone who pretty much sums up some peoples current sentiment here in three successive tweets.Post 1: Share price zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzPos | kirbs4
18/11/2019 14:38 | Excellent drilling results. | davidspringbank
18/11/2019 13:19 | I'd rather have a chuckle at the AAU share price but it seems to have got stuck somehow. You would think there would be punters all over it with this morning's drill results. | charles clore
18/11/2019 11:22 | Anyone fancy a chuckle just go to todays ALTN BB/easwarareddy, talk about bad timing. | thanksamillion
18/11/2019 10:45 | I agree Thanksamillion. What is happening at ALTN is a classic indicator of the level of understanding of the market for small miners. Nobody has been interested there for years despite the fact that it was clearly entering a new phase of progress. Ignore other investors on these companies as you will just buy and sell at exactly the wrong times. If the story is clear to you, keep on buying. | jc2706
18/11/2019 10:14 | I believe by now that posters on here know I couldn't give a fig about lots of new buyers appearing in the next few weeks. The real value will precipitate over the next year or three as the P&L and Balance sheet tidies up significantly, resulting in the company becoming a clear long term prospect. | thanksamillion
18/11/2019 09:54 | Thanksamillion you are right, more good news and there is obviously gold over much of the area to keep this mine going at these levels well in to the future and beyond what has been planned. The problem is there continues to be a shrug of the shoulders from the market and PI buying has all but dried up. Hopefully the Q3 data will bring in the buyers. | soulsauce
18/11/2019 09:50 | This is pointing to a very good 2020. Dramatically increased minelife combing with cap ex loan repaid plus new drilling in salinbas etc Etc very comfortable at the moment | bigglesbingham
18/11/2019 09:42 | The RNS reads to me like there is gold all over the place waiting to be found, maybe not huge amounts but I dont now have any concerns about mine life. This RNS has only increased my confidence in Ariana. | thanksamillion
18/11/2019 09:38 | You also then have the snippet: "The most significant results from this phase of drilling at Arzu North, are those which were obtained from the testing of the NW and SE extents of the vein system beyond the proposed limits of the developing open pit. Particularly in the NW end of the currently defined vein system, the mineralised extension of Arzu North appears to increase both in grade and width"; ie what I surmise to be the opposite end to the aforementioned control grade results..... | mcmather
18/11/2019 08:20 | Yes absolutely but I'm talking 10 from here minimum | bigglesbingham
18/11/2019 08:17 | Biggles - I suspect Kerim has always known that he could get a greater than 10 year mne life from Kiziltepe. I seem to remember such positive comments from him years ago. | charles clore
18/11/2019 08:03 | Thanks Plas, but I'm intrigued why the results are so much higher than drill results....? | shortarm
18/11/2019 08:03 | Thanks for comprehensive answer plas but think they were asking about the significance of 17+ grams. I'd argue it is very significant as if ;x that being drilled. I'm hoping for a life of mine to be 10 year from here. !! Obviously can only hint here as full results aren't in but kiziltepe has huge potential beyond its original capacity. As they said initial only 15% of area had bee. Explored. | bigglesbingham
18/11/2019 07:53 | How does it work?Drilling machinery provides the operator with real-time grade guidance while they are drilling. What this means is that they are given information about the desired depth, slope and alignments (which was traditionally given to them by a specialist inspecting the site). Drilling samples are sent to laboratories for geologists to access the grade. Why use it?Controlling the grade is important for two reasons:EconomicsThe grade of the mineral can vary dramatically due to depth. Geologists will use this information to define the economic limits, to ensure there is return on investment when mining the mineral. At one point in an operation, mining becomes unprofitable because the grade of the metal is too low the value of the metal in the ore is less than what it costs to mine it. Grade control stops businesses from running at a loss.MillingThe milling process is designed to be as efficient as possible by being performed at a specific grade. When mining in a high-grade zone, it is possible for some of the metal to be lost unless it is blended with low grade metal.ProfitabilityG | plasybryn
18/11/2019 07:37 | Watch the share price and you will find out. | 4dag
18/11/2019 07:27 | Grade control results 2M at 17.90 grams per tonne - what does this actually mean....? | shortarm
18/11/2019 07:21 | That's a pretty good RNS this morning. Happy to be holding | pauliewonder
18/11/2019 07:12 | Very good results from the rns, gla. | 4dag |
