2tyke - am I right in thinking your bearish stance of ariana is a result of you being a bear on gold rather than the stock itself?

I can see gold/silver being weak until the new year but can't see it going on too long. Martin Armstrong sees the metals taking off in January and he's not wrong often

The share price will do what it's going to do whatever happens in turkey.

Fundamental stories won't make any sense to stock movement, unless it's a 'hindsight interpretation'. And they are no use whatsoever.

To me it looks like the situation in Syria is now much better than it has been in a long time, Assad and Russia keeping the peace and Turkey not worried about a Kurdish state is a win win for both sides, it also sounds like Trump is quite happy with what has happened and apart from a few neocons spitting feathers its all going to settle down.

That's right Linz.....perhaps rather than being rude, you could explain why exactly gold is in a 'bull market?'

I wish you luck with that one !

Or you could join charles et al and filter the only poster on here who makes accurate comments about SP's.

Run with 'the herd' dude.
It might be comforting...but it won't make you any money.

There are those in society who shouldn't be let out of the house unsupervised, but there are others who blatantly ramp/deramp stock for their own nefarious purposes.

What's your reason for being invested in a gold miner in these, apparently, such treacherous of days for gold, or otherwise for perpetuating such drivel with great authority on a gold stock buletin board..?

Only half-way through.

As I told you last time I commented...your technical view is nonsensical. Don't bother re-calculating as you're not even in the park.
AAU is doing exactly as the chart suggested it would...weeks before any turkey disputes.
CEY soared all the way through the egyptian crisis. It actually fell whilst gold was soaring.
I'd forget the hindsight findamental hogwash.
Bottom line....gold is in a bear market...and so are gold stocks.

Holding off on my 1.8p buy target that has hit today.I would expect it to hold here but can't help but feel there could be a sudden dip back to the 1.2-1.4 level with Turkey effectively now being at war...12 month chart seems to be panning out that way.Could be a big bargain at those levels assuming Turkey resolve their problems, markets are merciless in these situations

Cinoib AAU gold mined in Turkey can be sold anywhere in the world but Turkey has first choice. I don't see anything Trump can do to affect that so I will be adding on weakness like in the past couple of days. You are either plain stupid or scaremongering so (for now) I am filtering you.

Charles, wake up man and smell the roses as you are sleep walking into poverty. No one is bashing AAU but where it is doing business and as anyone with a smidgen of brain will tell you, You don't do business in unstable countries as very few will invest in you and the drop in price,,, again,,, today should be getting through to that tiny brain of yours. Take your money and go elsewhere before you loose it all, you can always come back when the air has cleared.

Found this on twitter- AllianceBE Confidence in Turkey-You won't have seen this in the news but the car makers are abandoning the #EU in droves.Volkswagen has just rejected the EU to open its new £1 billion factory in Turkey with 5000 new jobs and 10,000s in the supply chain. And it blamed EU rules.
