Well this is underwhelming. My thought was that it would be a one off special divi rather than a series of them. Disappointing.

Soulsauce, they don't seem to want to attract new shareholders, so keep the existing ones dangling as usual.

Renniks - yes I can - based on math - special BIG divi coming in a month or so (expextations) should more than compensate the effect of a broader market drop.

Share did start droping during the day - not in the morning - when there was no news out yet - in the finsyst

That "Where else will you get a 20% csh lump" statement just turned in to "Do you think you can make 7.5% elsewhere over the next few months and then 3.5% over 6 months after that?"Just a stupendously stupid idea from AAU, I certainly hadn't seen it coming.The only possible explanation is they were forced to do it this way by regulations maybe around the capital reduction, but given we have no explanation as to why it takes a lot of benefit of doubt to assume this is anything other than a bad decision.

I don't mind it being paid in tranches but this is spread over too long and why does the final tranche need permission?

0.7p is disappointing.

The dream of enriching yourself on AIM is invariably just that, and quite often more of a nightmare. It is only in real universe, ie where you're lucky enough to be an important cog in, or a backer of the machine/company, that the real money is made, ultimately at your expense of course.

Most of us are deluded, most of the time, to actually believe the nonsense perpetrated by PR machinery. I've only got a small holding here, thank goodness.

Well I hung in here because of the divi, now I'm really questioning my decision. I was expecting a decent lump-sum payout by late summer, I'm getting nothing as expected. So that's scuppered that plan for sure. Waited and waited. If this was designed to incentivise shareholders to continue to hold, I think the need to give this a bit of a rethink. Which of course they won't. Just why?

Well AAU certainly have the ability to frustrate. We've approved the JV, that took long enough. So why not give us what we expect as expected. A special dividend was announced, never three tranches until now. No explanation given that I can see, but I can guess. We're not school kids who need to be taught to manage our pocket money.

Lower end of most people's predicted values, and also paid over three tranches!Another rns that is good news if you're a long term holder going nowhere, but one that has missed the opportunity to attract significant new attention.
