Just had a look at Foxtons chart - it's been going down like a lead balloon and is in a nasty downtrend. Failed to regain the Ema again earlier today. Although support at 50/51p - if this fails then back down to ATL at 44p. Not a buy until it regains the 200 day MA imo. New taxes on b2l landlords, loss of taper relief, and exodus of euro city workers are crushing rents and hence yields. Developers are offering massive discounts on new builds as there is such a glut coming onto the market. I was offered 25pc off list on a place in Waterloo without even asking!

Market moving strongly again, transactions up in London and after Brexit I expect a big boost, if not in prices then in transactions, which is what matters with Foxtons earnings, no debt either and cash in the bank, strongly positioned to make the most of the recovery.

Hong Kong money also moving to London, London property will always be a safe haven, London is cheap to buy for these people, they are just waiting to make sure that Corbyn does not get in, then all systems go.

Wait for the stamp duty cut etc and it's rocket ships launching across the board.

Hmmm, with property market ready to correct down 30pc plus I'm not convinced I'd be a buyer of estate agents.

The share price still has some catching up to do with current & capacity coming online, maybe it will ebb and flow with BTC a little but general direction is toward 16p IPO imo.
