10/1/2021 12:07 | did you guys not have your bran flakes this morning? | sif12
10/1/2021 12:07 | Well, I took a bit of a gamble mid afternoon on Friday and sold out of Argo for, nothing other than not knowing what BTC will do over the weekend. Will look to buy back in on Monday but with the ups/downs of the BTC price right now, haven't a clue whether that was the sensible thing to do or just plain daft! lol Does anyone have a comprehensive list of blockchain listed co's here in the UK as, as with most things technical/financial the US appear to value such co's far higher there than here so, the main point being ones listed here in the UK and with a view to a duel listing in the US. I know of the obvious ones but looking more for un-noticed co's that, given the now full steam insti interest in everything BTC, a dual listing makes perfect sense. Even dual listed ones that remain off the radar, if there are any left? As for the £10 debate, when Argo was 5p I would have kicked you out if you said the share price would rise to circa £1.40 in less than a month so, in turn why not £10, and especially given the rise in future BTC due to halvings/increased mining & difficulty competition. | dorset64
10/1/2021 12:03 | Taking all the plus and minus points together do we think this will open DOWN or UP or NEUTRAL on Monday? | netcurtains
10/1/2021 11:59 | Condolences to your friend's family mate many may disagree on level of lockdowns, but vaccine should be a no brainer to anyone with a brain! Likewise herd immunity is a fact Perspective as well though is that this has a c.1% mortality rate. It is not ebola at 80%! so we will get through this.... | qs99
10/1/2021 11:58 | Herd immunity?.Then why lockdown?.Does getting the vaccine stop you spreading?.All been done to quick with not enough long term research imo but always sad to hear of any loss regardless of cause | aidenabettin
10/1/2021 11:55 | Suffers, my sincere condolences. | mnomis
10/1/2021 11:51 | A think he needs some time out away from his phone.... | hotdaddy1972

10/1/2021 11:43 | Yet you understand the move from analouge to digital and the need to move Billions if not Trillions in hidden wealth. I can just see the bigger picture.Ive invested in ASLR.ASLR?.Mass surveillance .BRSD?.Cybersecurity ,e-commerce.ARB ?.Blockchain/mining crypto.BIDS?.Gaming esports.Point blank refuse to invest in any Covid stocks.Check out Trumps family connections to Moderna | aidenabettin

10/1/2021 11:28 | Stick to Argo and write about pensions somewhere else | hybrasil
10/1/2021 11:04 | As someone in the industry, pension transfers are definitely still possible but the FCA have been cracking down due to widespread poor practice. Appreciate many people here are finance savvy and in some cases don't even need an adviser to do the work for them. However, that is not the case for the majority of the population and advisers have seen the pension freedoms as a bit of a gravy train resulting in significant customer harm in some cases. Anyway, fees can vary wildly from % of pot on an ongoing basis (highly inadvisable) contingent fees (adviser has an incentive in ensuring you transfer whether that's in your best interest or not) and up front fees (by far the best in my view but can be pricey). Quality of advisers also vary wildly so in depth research definitely recommended for any large sums. | alm6
10/1/2021 11:04 | We dont need a nuclear war when we have mass vaccination.Mass vaccination to me is the present day holocaust but the numbers are far greater.Just my opinion | aidenabettin
10/1/2021 11:02 | He does not hold the nuclear codes and never will. Too thick to be handed that responsibility. The code is simply a chain of commands with the president at the top but the real code is held by 3 different top brass military Generals . | jungmana
10/1/2021 11:00 | When we have a prime minister who stands up in parliament and openly admits that the UK could be breaking international law that was the end for me | aidenabettin
10/1/2021 11:00 | hootza- but were you describing isnt that much different to the way its been for some time.. its just more apperent/ visible due to social media. as for nutters in the white house.. see above :) a Guy whos clearly nuts... or the guy lookin for nuk-E-li-ar weaponz of mazz destruction. yanks can forgive incompetence, lack of intelligence, adultery, waging wars without just cause.. just dont take their guns away. | sif12
10/1/2021 10:55 | The amount of demand for ARGO both here and in the states is intense, only thing I can liken it to is Tesla. Never seen anything like it. Whatever you think of the "real" value of ARGO (never been convinced by the idea of "real" value, economics is basically a confidence trick anyway) I can see this at £5 by end of the month. | alm6
10/1/2021 10:19 | Not a lot of difference to be honest. It will be left to my family to pay any tax due. Im happy enough with what i have and now need even less money than before due to our new draconian laws. Its a whole new world were entering with mass vaccination, mass surveillance and severe restrictions on civil liberties and movement. | aidenabettin
10/1/2021 10:18 | Agree Yankee - ZEC is our 'punt' as it has the potential to increase faster than BTC if al season really gets going. | suffersnofools
10/1/2021 10:05 | Ahhh if only | aidenabettin
10/1/2021 10:02 | Agree and perhaps the below helps too:It may be worth talking to your company pension provider themselves and explaining you want to transfer out to a SIPP.I have done this with 2 company pensions with large providers. You need to ask about their fees of course. They will try hard to persuade you to stay ( it's in their interest as they make more money with your money through their wider organisations investments than they return you, and also they have to ensure they've asked you every question about risk and you've signed off to say you understand to protect themselves against future claims). You have to persist and it takes a while (couple of months) but it can be done.Yes you may have to move to one of their own schemes temporarily, but after a month I moved mine to SIPP.IFA is really only doing all the above for you if you are 100% clear and determined to move to SIPP.All the best. | zydecoco |
