You're a HODLer :)

The advice I've seen a lot over the last few years is have 1% net worth in BTC. That way no biggie if some reason it doesn't become the success we expect. But a nice return if it does!

The best strategy with BTC in a bull market is to add on 20% - 30% drops or when it hits the 20 week MA. If you are holding long term (5+ years) all of this is irrelevant and you will not remember or care about the buy price. You will be counting your Satoshis and remember the worthless pounds that you used to buy them.

SNF Thanks.

Took the plunge and bought a small very amount of BTC (£200). Was looking to steadily add further small amounts over the next few weeks. Not intending to trade, but seemed an interesting idea to have a small stake in the future of things. Besides if ARB doesn’t sort its share price out, it might get bought out. So hence my small stake in BTC.

uapatel - That's the theory! But, as ever, charting is about balance of probabilities. I think we've now got solid support under this froth for a more measured rally towards 23k. However, I'm one of the minority who think we will see another decent pullback before the next run to 40K in Q1. It could come at 23k - it could run higher, but I don't think we've seen the last of buying opps sub 20k.

Just fascinating to watch. Wonder where ARB will get to as BTC continues to motor......IMO the supply side is super limited but the demand side has gone through the roof after Paypal deal and likes of Greyscale hoovering up as much BTC as they can. The economics therefore purely on that point of view point to a real squeeze on BTC as we are seeing and as it is seen as more "mainstream".....let's see where it goes to....DYOR and looking forward to bagging at least with ARB from here...

SNF,

We broke the $19,600 mark and have a positive 4Hr candle above that range. Will this then signal that $19,600 is now a support. Not a chartist but trying get a view on such things, if there is a pull back.

Thanks

ragnarr - no good expecting ARB to match BTC day to day. We're up twice BTC today - I'll take that every day!!

Like I say, once the crypto mania starts ARB will soon catch up with 50% plus updays to come.

There are millions of people buying/ selling bitcoin each day.

There are probably 10 - 100 people trading ARB each day.

ARB up 10% on my screen.

I'm going to be shorting again from 23k - but simply as a hedge against my coins. I wouldn't be net short in this market as I'm sure we'll see 40k before Easter.

21k is the target (Daily trendline @21050). Initial FOMO then pullback to 20k for a steadier move to 23k over the weekend hopefully.

The higher we go the more the talk of bids will intensify. All the miners are going to have big war chests to spend. ARB are a mere morsel for the bigger miners at current MCap.
