Hmm, wonder if btc is going to do one of its Uber-reversals?

Sirrux - BTC Mining difficulty went up 9% in Nov so they mined less BTC. ZEC block reward halved so less ZEC. Pretty straightforward.

Wouldn't be difficult for them to just put a weekly counter on the website for coins mined, why not? It's all on the computer in realtime, unlike at traditional mining cos. Also, not sure what they mean by difficulty in Nov, it sounds different to what was being reported by the industry more generally due to a temporary shrinking of the global mining pool. Am I missing something? Hopefully they can sort out their teething issues for when new production capacity comes on line.

If 18.8k holds maybe. Could go a fair bit lower if that fails and want to test the daily 20ema or lower trendline again

That massive W formation since float is surely evidence that universal laws are at work. I’ll ask my son if quantum mechanics explains it when I see him later.

SSB

LINK has outperformed BTC by some way through 2018 and 2019.

Why spend your time and effort to invest in dogs to invest or hold BTC when you can just buy BTC?

I have been your reckon unit..

There are some good ones, but remember they all come back to base for value.

Brandflex, Z Cash halving is main reason for coin reduction as per RNS.

Why?
I am front line blockchain and I would never advise any of my friends for my own gain.

Buy BTC

Sort the dogs out with BTC. Simple

SSB - I like ZEC :) It's a sound strategy as we'll benefit from BTC moves and the resultant, often bigger, ALT moves.

Gspanner - it'll be the institutions driving the price down! They want lower prices not higher.

SNF, yes I have looked at the historic charts. My theory is that BTC will not pull back to the same extent this time due to institutions accumulating on any dip (not individuals prone to herd behaviour). I can’t blame the btc whales for trying what has worked before mind you. If I were them I would sell the btc at the next peak and buy etherium at the resultant dip, since that will continue to pull back with the same volatility as before IMO.

We’ll see. (Commenters curse casing drop to 1500 level!)
