Very tight liquidity so expect to see further uptrend with any decent quantity buying. Still market cap is only £4.5m and with over £1m+ cash and no debt, this is way undervalued.

Good to know that all resolutions were passed - now the company can get on with the legal process. Nice to see the share price very gradually moving up and we will hopefully hold onto the gains made.

Solid profitable business which will be recognised in due course. Share price in fractions of a penny a major distraction IMHO and company needs to be looking at share consolidation in the region of 20:1 or 25:1 to get things moving.

All resolutions passed which is obviously good news. Next step is contract wins and announcement of dividends.

It looks like once the AGM is done with (which has been reconvened for Tues, 26.01.2016) and if Resolution 6 is passed - the decks are clear for the company to approach the High Court for cancellation of the Share Premium Account.

According to the information on the company website, the timelines for the completion of the legal process is expected to be mid Feb 2016. This would then allow payment of dividends, which the company has indicated that is wants to do once the profitability is on a firmer footing.

Now that could be one reason for the share price moving up recently....interesting week ahead, I would think :)

Hi Janeann - Unlikely I would think. If any, he may be adding, but I don't know every trade he does.

I agree that the chart is showing a trendline of rising highs and new peaks, so it will come good in the next couple of years, I would hope.

New 5 year closing midprice high :)

Still waiting for the expected delayed buys to show up. Number 5 on percentage gainers toplist with about 17% !

Hopefully we will see the momentum carried forward and sustained. ARC has the terrible habit of giving up hard won gains in short order on a few tiny volume sells.

Only 3 at 0.29p....so tomorrow should be interesting as ARC will be up in lights as a big mover given the turmoil in the markets.

Yes my gut feeling is that this is different - as it feels different in terms of strength and sudden swing on a pretty dismal trading day.

I have sold into the strength on previous occasions but the rise today seems very sudden and very strong - a large buy order being worked? Holding on!
