Time is running out to get in at this level IMHO - hence I have sold elsewhere to take some more ARC. I think once divis are announced we will cross 0.30p. My order for another 3.605707m is taking its own sweet time to fill.....can only be a good sign if you are a holder, as it reflects tight liquidity. I am happy to pay fractions of a penny more over ask at this level :)

I feel that we cannot stay at this ridiculously low level for long....once divis are announced (as the legal process is under way to cancel the share premium account to allow payment of dividends) we should make good upward progress.

Latest Fincapp target is 0.3p and still much to play for just to that stage...

I have taken another 3.394293m :)

ARC are not keen users of RNS - I can't recall a trading update at any point barring a "major contract win" announced in April 15. ARC seem to be news release shy and tend to put out just half year and annual reports. I have raised it with them, but they say, that they prefer to fly under the radar of competition.

I shouldn't really care about news releases (but is nice to wake up to a RNS now and then), as along as investors see some value creation in the not too distant future and beyond. I would expect that completion of legal formalities re dividend payment issue would be RNSable and then something along the lines of "reorganisation of capital/equity" shortly after may be put forward. I am hoping that there may be a special dividend and a smaller dividend to set the tone for a progressive dividend policy. We have about £1.07m cash at last count and profitable with ongoing revenues - so shareholders have a reason to be optimistic !!

I have a decent investment time horizon and we have both organic growth and potentially a small acquisition to look forward to (if the opportunity presents itself).

There is little free float, so any news should propel this rapidly given the very low share we are at.

I agree... that "load up and wait" is my cunning plan as well and I imagine quite of few of us hold decent number of ARC shares on this board. I gather there are only about 400 share holders in total so we are members of an exclusive or a lonely club depending on how you spin it.

If dividend authorisation by the Court goes through in November 2015(as per anticipated timelines announced by company) and the company announces dividend payment, we could be in line for early Christmas prezzies. I don't know if share consolidation will have to take place before divis are paid, as we have over 1.5b shares of 0.1p ? Any thoughts ?

well the 'obtainable' bid price has moved up about 20% in a couple of weeks - from .198 to .2399 so that is an encouraging sign (if you hold already) ....

Some decent volumes today and price moved on small volumes. At this price of around 0.24p, this is undervalued IMHO and it should be trading around 0.35 to 0.40p given we have started/will be starting the legal process to pay dividends. We need consolidation of shares to move from the sub-penny range which I imagine is a barrier and a turn off for many investors.

Not many know that we are profit making, have about £1m in cash, debt free and directors, fund manager and big holders now hold about 45%.
