23/9/2016 07:50 | With the low levels of liquidity, any take over interest will set the share alight I would imagine. In the meantime,we will slowly move upwards and acclimatise at higher share price levels...like an Everest climb without the risk ! Let's see what the day brings...good luck all :) | multibagger
23/9/2016 07:46 | Gaining momentum. As you say multibagger, each additional contract largely goes to the bottom line. I´m getting a nice warm feeling after being patient for years. | taffy100
23/9/2016 07:13 | Excellent news ...twice in a couple of months with numbers attached. I like the newsflow. Slowly but surely...we are growing in solid way and remember most of the new contract announcement revenue will go straight to the bottom line. So these last 2 announcements (18 Aug and today) alone mean an additional £380k pa...which is almost double the current profits.Onwards and upwards ! Congratulations to Matthew and the team who are doing a great job :) | multibagger

20/9/2016 12:22 | Fincapp has increased the target to 0.50p when results were announced recently. | multibagger
20/9/2016 09:08 | Believe FinnCap increased it's target price. | isa2020
20/9/2016 07:21 | Good have had some upward movement yesterday. I think that may have been more to do with lack of liquidity, rather than some pending news. However, given that our products are in trials with several banks, we may be pleasantly surprised with a contract win RNS over the next several months. Then there is always the possibility of a takeover offer.....good luck all :) | multibagger

19/9/2016 08:33 | Isa2020, Can't see as to why the resolutions won't be passed....needs 75% of the share holders who vote/present to carry the resolutions. More likely to happen than not. Moving on small volumes...unless there is a larger buy order in the background. Good luck all :) | multibagger
16/9/2016 11:16 | What would happen if you all resolutions, aren't approved? Just wondering | isa2020
16/9/2016 07:13 | Anyone from here able to attend the AGM on 27th Sep in London ? | multibagger
16/9/2016 07:12 | In light of the statement below, I contacted ARC and have confirmation that ARC does not have any pension deficits. Good news for us and one step closer to dividend :) Relevant excerpt from Carclo trading and dividend update 31.08.2016 ....."Subsequent to the EU Referendum result on 23 June 2016, corporate bond yields have decreased materially in the UK and, as this yield is used to discount the Group's pension liability under IAS 19 "Employee Benefits", if the corporate bond yield remains at its current low level then this will result in a significant increase in the Group's pension deficit as at 30 September 2016. This likely increased IAS 19 pension deficit would have the effect of extinguishing the Company's available distributable reserves, in which case the Company will not be able to pay the final dividend of 1.95 pence per share, declared on 7 June 2016, on 7 October 2016 to those members that were on the register at 26 August 2016. Whilst the Board is disappointed that the final dividend is now unlikely to be capable of being paid due to these legal and accounting constraints, it intends to resume the Company's progressive dividend policy once legal and accounting circumstances allow...." | multibagger
13/9/2016 15:22 | Historically ARC has been very volatile on tiny volumes...so no change here. This has been acknowledged by the management amongst the reasons for the 125:1 consolidation. I am not worried about this fall, though temporarily disappointing, it is worth remembering we have done about 100% increase in share price over the last year. We also now have a new suite of products being trialled by several Tier 1 banks. Most of the revenue from these potential contracts will go directly to the bottom line. This is a long term hold - not a share meant for trading IMHO. I look forward to a penny or more in dividend/per consolidated share when they come through. Not too long to wait I would imagine. Good luck all :) | multibagger
13/9/2016 14:33 | Presume just a case of MM's doing what they do best !!! This has already been a significant 'multibagger' over past few years so perhaps anticipated that presently more people likely to sell rather than buy. I did top slice a few but happy to remain holding for more potential gains in future. | cougar99
13/9/2016 13:55 | quite a surprising fall in share price on relatively low volume; anyone any views? | janeann
07/9/2016 10:31 | G4M is taking off, up 25% since I mentioned it on 19th Aug. I've made a "quiet thread" for sensible folks as on this thread - so far, it's more than quiet, totally silent. Looking for shares that are bubbling along quietly with potential. | cbootle
02/9/2016 20:05 | isa2020, for some reason, I have seen that particular resolution in a number of AGM resolutions across a range of companies. And over the years, nothing untoward has come about with this particular clause - if I recall correctly this resolution has been there over the last three years or so with regards to ARC( I have been holding ARC since Jan 2014). I think that company intends to round off share holdings using existing funds (rather than allowing shareholders with post consolidation fractional holdings to lose out - (please check this on the company website). The company can afford to do this because there were only a little over 400 share holders in total last year when I enquired (my recollection, but I could be wrong) | multibagger
