194m to 220m is a sizeable holding indeed. Wonder if the two x 5m's yesterday were his buys. Very interesting times ahead I feel. Still haven't topped up. Gutted. Not too late though........................

Hi Janeann,

This is the very same Anthony Cross - I asked at an AGM in the past and got the confirmation.

Stellar track record and he clearly sees value - but I am not sure if he is buying in a personal capacity or for the fund. Eitherway, it does not make a difference as he would use the same investment criteria I guess.

May retrace a little with the current spike but a new floor at a higher level. Keeps the uptrend on the chart looking good :)

Tiny ARC been fitted with Saturn V boosters....are we approaching escape velocity ?The run up to .040 -.045p can happen pretty quick !

As they say Gary.....new share price high coupled with strong volumes is a powerful bullish signal. Wonder if news has leaked or people are just waking up to the fact that we hold cold hard cash to the extent of £1.8m and that needs a home !

My pockets are very happy to oblige :)

RNS today ?? I think we may also get a nice new share price high today....

16.5m volume must be somewhat of a record. 2 x 5m buys plus a couple of 2.5m sells bodes well all!!!!

News imminent I would think re cancellation of share premium account and likelihood of dividend announcement in due course :)

High volumes by ARC standards including some decent sized buys including 500k@0.32p

No idea as to how much dividend cover they would like to preserve, but I guess they will be quite conservative in the dividend payout (as with almost all matters) and hopefully have a progressive dividend policy.

The option of a generous one off special dividend is an option given the £1.8m cash pile, unless the war chest is being readied for an acquisition.

My hunch is that before they announce a dividend, they may go for a strong consolidation of the shares 50:1 or 100:1.

This would allow Fund managers to invest as the share price would be out of the "penny share" range and meet their investment criteria. And hopefully attract the interest of the wider market.

Let us see if there is any signal regarding dividend payment with the RNS announcing the cancellation of the share premium account - I expect this RNS could be out pretty soon and within the next 10 working days or so(if the hearing went ahead).

I think there are only a little over 400 share holders....so pretty tightly held.

Exciting times !

£1.8m cash and a market capitalisation of £4.3m - could we be seeing dividends of 40% of share value?

What would a typical distribution be, maybe half of cash?

No doubt the cost of managing the dividend distribution would favour larger payouts, less often.

Counting chickens, but exciting...

Looks like the Court Hearing regarding the cancellation of the ARC share premium account may have been heard on 29.02.2016 before Registrar Briggs. It was scheduled for 10:30

Don't know how long it will take for the decision to be formally announced.

Once this legal formality is completed, the Board could decide on the payment of a dividend in due course. £1.8m cash at hand and growing. No debt :)

Hi Gary...ARC is not prone to spiking so I'm sure you'll be able to load up in this price range. Good luck with selling the other one.

I would love to say yes Multi, but alas not yet. Have a dog that I am trying to sell but only offering stupid amounts and price at the moment!!!! Hope I will not have missed the boat by the weekend.
