Hi Taffy100...not Arcontech (ARC) I'm afraid....however,

We have done about a 100% gain in share price over the last 1 year
We are at 5 year share price high by a very comfortable margin
We are flirting with new share price highs over the last few weeks
Volumes are not bad either and we are moving up on small trade volumes

...if we have a decent set of numbers and a prospect of a dividend, we could be in the 0.45p range in no time given we are historically a very illiquid and tightly held company.

Not long to wait for results I would think - Janeann thinks tomorrow could be the day :)

Results were announced on 05 Aug last year....and we could have a repeat this year with a RNS re results....I won't be surprised if ARC are creatures of habit !

My conservative guess as to what the full year to 30 June 2016 will be... purely finger in the air and nothing scientific about it !

Revenue: £ 2.27 - 2.28m

Operating profit: £ 320 - 340k

Cash balance: £ 2.2 to 2.35m

Possible announcement of a small maiden dividend with abundant dividend cover.

...would invite those with an accounting background to hazard a guess as to the possible figures. TIA

I read the website and description of the software suite - all Greek and Latin to the uninitiated and totally lost on me. I promise not to complain as long as the share price is heading in the right direction ;)

Congratulations on the exquisite timing of your feint & purchase...market moving clearly and I'm pleased for you.

Let's hope we can keep up the share price momentum and streak through the 0.40p psychological barrier over the next week or so.

Been a cracking day of trading and upward movement....let's see how long the interest holds. Good chance that results will be announced next week.

past performance would suggest this is a blip and then back down to .32 - hopefully things are different this time.

Any good news can easily propel us to the 0.45p region IMHO.

I agree with Oilbuy that we may be sitting on about £2m and a bit of cash and no debt !
