12/10/2020 14:36 | Been in touch with Rich Edwards, I feel a lot more reassured about the situation now. | igoe104
10/10/2020 22:28 | I can see what she will be doing...she'll be missing out on a £3826 dividend next month on her shares sold. | cfro
10/10/2020 13:33 | Disappointing to see the same director selling again... Especially the FD. | igoe104

19/9/2020 17:04 | It is always disconcerting when the FD sells shares. Not the first time though and almost doubled her money since march excise. I like the company update. There were some fairly recent big guns investing here at the upper £3.00 mark.Th divi is good and there is always the potential to get bought out which I think was the end goal way back once achieving a market cap over 100 million. Not the easiest stock to trade in and out of because of the wide spread which was supposed to have reduced after to consolidation when they also changed their name from Kiotech. Quite how the share price goes back up after all these sells is also a mystery and did she get £4.23 on one tranche? Obviously not dumped on the open market I would suggest. | earwacks
18/9/2020 17:05 | Yes, this (significant share sale by the FD) was a disappointing way to end the week. | vprt
18/9/2020 16:48 | well the RNS provides the answer there, not that it was the answer I was hoping for... | nivison
18/9/2020 14:51 | a lot of trades today - for this share anyway. £500,000 worth so far today. Hmmmm. | nivison
09/9/2020 15:37 | These were great results in testing circumstances and with £13.2m of net cash the Group has the resources to support their growth aspirations. More on the Investor's Champion website. | energeticbacker
09/9/2020 14:45 | Thanks, partridge1948. igoe104: Why start a new thread? I suggest you either justify and prepare it better, or get the new one deleted. (5 year old video? Confusing feed and feed additives?) | vprt
09/9/2020 14:12 | Good recovery in Asia after the impact of swine fever last year. I would like to see more of the "strong sales and profit performance" flow through to the bottom line. I am not a believer in EBITDA, still less in adjusted EBITDA and have only a limited tolerance capacity with adjusted earnings. As regards forex it is part and parcel of trading in 80 countries the P&L impact reflects the risks and mitigating action (e.g. forward contracts). It would be far better to concentrate on explaining than pretending it doesn't exist by excluding it. igoe104 -much as I appreciate a new thread I don't think your title is correct; ANP is not an animal feed producer/distributor | valhamos

09/9/2020 09:56 | I would hope that the cash pile could at last be used for acquisitions. There must be some opportunities coming up given the awful general economic climate of the past six months or so. The results are really very very good. Given the £1 million spent on the buy back and an extra £2m working capital on Covid prep as I read it. A great example of responsible management. Especially like the support to the NHS. Very impressed. | nivison
09/9/2020 08:36 | Very pleasing to see - a brilliant combination of double digit sales growth and big expansion in percent GM. Not sure all of the reported increase in admin expenses was strictly necessary; I see mgt took a provision for bad debt, reduced R&D capitalisation and there was some adverse FX that might prove to be temporary. So if management really wanted to, I suspect they could have had even more of the big gross margin increase drop down to profits. (Or perhaps I am just a cynic). Looking great also for the rest of the year, anyway. The £1m buyback at average 336p is now looking like a good bit of capital allocation (although the excessive cash pile still needs to be dealt with one way or the other), and the 10% divi increase with explicit link to confident outlook is great. Very happy holder. | vprt
