Angus Z Team are looking to make good & now deliver where Wingas A Team have FAILED repeatedly at PoundLand...

What are the odds of that happening I wonder?

Oh... sorry... that's right: Lucan tells us this is a "value Play"

LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL... who is he trying to kid?

jtisbadly "i should imagine Mercuria will call in the loan. They’ll be hoping, as will Anguish, that the shareholders will have contributed a few million to the pot in the interim " are you stating that as a fact? I noted your new caveat " And as you know, this isn’t speculation on my part".... worried about something ? I see the libel question is now the most popular ...

gkb47: this shill is oddly averse to spelling my name correctly. Is it a mental tic or does it mean something? Who can he be?

Re the fundamentals: Anguish will have spent, by their own timetable, £10.4mm. of the loan proceeds by the end of this calendar year. This doesn’t include £1mm. of g&a expenses, including Directors’ salaries and benefits. In April next year, they have to find another £1.5mm. to pay interest and repay capital on the Knowe loan. In June next year, they have to find another £1.44mm. in interest on the Mercuria loan, plus £3mm. of capital, it being a 4-year amortising loan. Plus another £1mm. of g&a expenses - more, actually, since they’re hiring all these people to man the plant at a (much reduced compared with Wingas’s spend on this) cost of £1mm. per year. That’s £8mm. they’ll need to find, roughly, by early June, what? If the sidetrack fails to find enough gas, or if the plant is delayed, they’ll be by miles in breach of the loan terms within the first year. If the gas price is high then and particularly if Mercuria has written the hedge contracts I should imagine that Mercuria will call in the loan. They’ll be hoping, as will Anguish, that the shareholders will have contributed a few million to the pot in the interim but if the sidetrack fails or if they don’t complete the project on time, that won’t change this arithmetic much. No wonder Anguish and its PR people want the price up, what?

I bet he wishes he’d got Halliburton to make a Rolls Royce job of it a year ago for £15mm. When all those banks that liked the project so much were queueing to lend them the minimum $20mm. for it.

And as you know, this isn’t speculation on my part, it’s from Anguish’s RNS’s.

My Future prediction:

After a +90% drop in share price .. loss of shareholder belief... destruction of Market faith... missed deadlines... wildly inaccurate financial projections & failed operational milestones...

...I think holders could be in for a very long wait and "predictably" yet more bumps along the way...

CQ ;-)

CQ: and yourself and chickndinner. For myself, I was late to this party, came here via the NMC debacle, wondered what the other companies where Lord Clanwilliam was a Director looked like. No surprises here, as it happened.

A quick FACT CHECK:

Who was right:

1)Ocelot & The Rampers: predicting everything was rosey with Anguish (& U-Dog) over the past three years.

2) JA / JT & The Naysayer: predicting everything was wrong with Anguish over the past three years.

and the winner is...

Yes... "the Naysayers" who have seen Anguish's share price collapse by over 90% under (un)Lucky Lucan and called it right.

CAN"T ARGUE WITH FACTS - (unless you are a fool or have an agenda)

gkb47: I see that JamesII is carrying on regardless, in spite of your very funny post yesterday quoting his earlier contribution. His 18mm shares is, of course, only 2% of the company now. Time for a top-up. That’s another 9mm. then.

markbarker: I’m very sorry to read that your wife has left, but what happened to the 500k in the bottom drawer?

This is the kind of damage these paid shills are doing. They of course manage to sleep like a baby.

morning , i slept like a baby .. So jtisbadly states " while we are still loosely on the topic of crimes, I see that SEL and Forum are still behindhand in the publication of their accounts. A criminal offence, not to publish your accounts. Nice company their lordships are keeping" Jtisdabldys are you inferring that both SEL & Forum are guilty of a criminal act and that both companies are unreliable or dishonest ? The accounts are only 17 days overdue and companies are allowed to be up to 6 months overdue , i see absolutely nothing wrong but you clearly do , that is a brave statement , on your part, to publish online... especially at the moment .

For avoidance of doubt, this is from the Companies House website:

“Consequences of not filing
Not filing your confirmation statements, annual returns or accounts is a criminal offence - and directors or LLP designated members could be personally fined in the criminal courts.

Failing to pay your late filing penalty can result in enforcement proceedings. Any criminal proceedings for not filing confirmation statements, annual returns or accounts is separate from (and in addition to) any late filing penalties issued by Companies House against the company.”

Another stunning day of frantic trading in the good ship Anguish! All 15 of them...LOL

Almost as pathetic as the patter from the ramp-aholics on this site - and the other...

Wake me up when Lucan & chum(p)s dip into their own pockets and invest in this farce of a company...

Yes, poor Mr. Forrest seems to be out of his depth just like the man with no oil or gas experience put in here as interim MD (why doesn’t someone ask how the search for a permanent MD is going?). No accounts for his two companies Forum and SEL for two and a half years, since before Poundland, AAOG in chaos. He’s got too much to do. Fines coming his way. Reputational damage.

The alternative explanation is that he prefers deliberately not to reveal the accounts until a later date. Why would that be?

Next accounts made up 31 May 2020
due by 31 May 2021....hardly massively overdue jtisbadly but don't let that get in the way of your narrative..tut tut tut... is that a knock at your door ?

Judging from the AAOG site, that company is in chaos. I should think they’ve all pretty well given up over there. They haven’t received any options to enable them to vote, the company is not answering repeated emails and the phone appears to be cut off!
