Always a pleasure to hear from you HITS , happy to stand corrected on the spelling of defence as a favour to you . Still holding ? i hope so.

I understand libel, therefore you won't find me doing it ... i find it therefore very amusing that the resident loons here are panicking so much. Reading ja51"contractvoid"oilers post he clearly doesn't understand it .

Sincero, you have a few things wrong here that are grating...

First off, you keep stating that "truth is a good defense", like that's something that should worry those offering more negative opinions on ANGS. You have that the wrong way around - the "truth as best defence" adage solely applies to those being sued for libel and/or slander in any civil action. It is definitively not an adage relevant to those doing the suing.

To give further info, this may be of interest:

Allowable defences to libel are justification (i.e. the truth of the statement), fair comment (i.e. whether the statement was a view that a reasonable person could have held), and privilege (i.e. whether the statements were made in Parliament or in court, or whether they were fair reports of allegations in the public interest).

Secondly, and as a favour, can we please avoid the hideous Americanism of "defense"? The word is correctly spelled "defence", because last time I looked at least, the language was still known as English.

i really did speak too soon... window lickers everywhere... still fabricating , when will they learn, after they have had a knock at the door? will be too late then... remember truth is good defense.
Libel is publishing a falsehood in a letter, report or online. What many people fail to realise is they can libel someone on a website.
In the UK, defamation is a civil action, and if proven, a judge can award significant damages to the plaintiff.

It’s the same on the other site, desperate ramping. They need more money.

It’s sad in these AIM companies that so few people understand the detail. Anguish’s assets are now in the hands of Law Debenture. The equity holders have no influence at all now, other than the power to sell their shares. If Mercuria is on the other side of the hedges (and Anguish haven’t told us whether this is the case) they will make money coming or going and may be enabled, if the timetable slips, or the costs exceed estimates, or the hedges (assuming Anguish gets that far) go wrong for Anguish, to take the company over. Maybe Mercuria see value in the long term in hydrogen storage. Maybe they can use Anguish's tax losses, which have no balance sheet value in the Anguish accounts. Who knows? The risks to equity holders are big here and shareholders don’t begin to understand them. Why are they not asking questions such as what does the change in control of AEWB3 mean for shareholders? Or is Mercuria/Aleph on the other side of the hedge contracts?

Meanwhile, if the above is the case (and there’s no way of telling whether it is or not) any money Anguish raises from the equity market is free money as far as Mercuria is concerned. Might as well get as much of it financed by shareholders and reduce the cost of acquiring the assets eventually.

To be fair they cant at the moment as the half-yearly is due next week. But they have had plenty of time previously.

With regard to "getting a steel" I attach the CPR for you to have a look at "thesharemaster" It's based on the field producing 10mmscf. We know the company has ordered 2 processing units capable of 5mmscf each, we also know that a 10% production reduction is required for pressure build-up and maintenance confirmed in the Wingas FDP. So we are 10% below the CPR already. On all the P90, P50, and P10 forecast all the money is made in the first 4 years (page 51-53)and even if the sidetrack is successful there will be precious left for PI.s after paying the £12 million loan plus the 12% interest plus those equity kickers, then the £1.4 Million Knowe CLN due in April, Then you have the 8% gross the lenders get, then you have the expense of Aleph now......In fact, when you tot it up they would be lucky to pay the £2.5 million day to day operating expenses the company has already. Let's hope the chancellor looks favorably on the tax clawback which is the only thing that makes the project viable at all.

I'm sure the BOD would also expect a handsome pay rase to match that of Mr Sanderson......Its only fair isn't it?

JA,

Yes... it's another BIG RED FLAG for "Lifestyle Company" - when the directors enthuse about "so-called "value plays" yet don't even get in the queue - let alone BUY any shares in the company with their own FAT SALARIES!

If this is such a great prospect, you would think the directors would all be investing heavily wouldn't you? They've ALL had plenty of opportunity and have inside knowledge after all... so why haven't they invested?

CQ ;-)

Saltfleetby?

Come back April of next year (at the earliest) to watch our share of gas profits be sucked off straight into the deep pockets of our lenders.

Geothermal?

We'll all probably be dead before Anguish EVER make a profit from this!

But don't worry, because George and chums will stay in touch as they will undoubtedly need LOTS more of your money in the meantime - to fund either aspiration - together with a healthy buffer to cover miscellaneous expenses they haven't already budgeted for & the inevitable variety of mistakes and misjudgements they will make during the long... long... LONG... journey.

If anyone doubts my prediction, then you just need to check out the company's history under Lucan (and previously) - Anguish has so far failed to deliver on ANYTHING WHATSOEVER yet wasted millions upon millions of shareholders money in the process.

They are the "perfect" definition of an AIM Lifestyle Company - because the only ones to have benefited so far are the directors, who - despite their appalling record - keep on drawing FAT salaries and issuing themselves FAT bonuses.

CQ ;-)

If you paid more attention to the analysis, you’d do a lot better. I’ve developed an opinion as to who you are and I have to say I’m not impressed, you’re about what I’d have expected. Though yes, I do think now you’re a shareholder. There’s nothing but unpleasantness and bile from you though, you don’t provide information or a view on it. it could be any company. I suppose it’s hard to defend the indefensible.

Either way, I’m wasting time again with this, so will ignore your provocation in future.

Yes, I’m aware you're a shareholder. Stop trying to misrepresent simple analysis as fabrication. Being two weeks out in calculating when they’ll need another placing seems fair enough to me, you can’t rely on the accuracy of their cost estimates and they’re not punctilious about meeting payment dates, clearly. What trouble are you referring to? Not a sheriff court? Oh no, that's Scotland. Whisht.

Why aren’t you selling?

jtisvadly - i am a shareholder that is all , stop fabricating to suit narrative, fabricating things has probably already got you in enough trouble. If the rns is so clear and you are so well informed why do you always use vague phrases such as "for two or three months now"... remember truth is a good defense. Still no reply to your mates slapping down ? lovers tiff ?

You need to read the company’s RNS’s. They’re not very good admittedly but they contain much of this information. And it’s not hard to compare a company’s cash in its latest balance sheet, plus placings proceeds, and subtract from it their regular monthly expenses, plus capex on things like pipelines, for which they’ve provided cost estimates. You should try it. They ran out of money, as I predicted, at about the end of March. But of course, you know this. Or are you no longer on the memo circulation list?
