03/2/2024 20:32 | The second dam is going to have to go through a new permitting process which will include consultation with the locals. The dam raise will tide us over until a location for the second dam is decided. | jbravo2
03/2/2024 18:29 | The average salarys in the surrounding area of the mine are in the top 5 in Azerbaijan, can't see those mountain villages wanting to give that up in a hurry. Have I missed an RNS that said they have decided against a second lake? | ![]() robo63

03/2/2024 17:19 | Still some sour grapes in France and Armenia and likely will be for some time I suspect. I wouldn't be surprised if Base Metals or that Geopro mining are funding the media stories after being kicked out Azerbaijan after their illegal mining operations were stopped. All crooks | ![]() sharekitchen1974
03/2/2024 13:06 | Various fringe French publications still attempting to keep this current undoubtedly due to the Armenian diaspora in France, particularly in Paris. Hadn't appreciated that Veolia is one of the biggest employers in Armenia. | ![]() mattjos

02/2/2024 14:15 | you can write the the script now for Gold price moves on USA Employment data releases .... the 'establkishment' is clearly going to make damn sure the employment data stays strong this year to support the Biden strong economy narrative through to the elections. the offical data continues to be at odds with other data sources though .... "More notable was the sudden jump in wages, with the BLS reporting that average hourly earnings increase 0.6% from December (and double the 0.3% estimated increase), rising 4.5% YoY, also blowing away estimates of a 4.1% increase. But, in keeping with the endless gimmicks by the BLS, this is not because of an actual wage increase but because people literally worked less (the denominator in the average hourly earnings equation) as the average workweek for all employees on private nonfarm payrolls decreased by 0.2 hour to 34.1 hours in January and is down by 0.5 hour over the year, down to the lowest level seen in the depths of the covid crisis." | ![]() mattjos
