25/9/2020 12:16 | Matt, I would guess that's what Reza is getting on with. A boundaries discovery extension would imply a number of positive vibes. | ![]() celeritas
25/9/2020 12:11 | Directly from the PSA: 5.10 Discovery Before the end of the Exploration Period or if Contractor enters the Additional Exploration Period, then before the end of the Additional Exploration Period, Contractor shall notify AZERGYZIL in writing of a Discovery and its Commerciality for each individual Mining Property respectively, summarizing relevant information relating to said Discovery, including but not limited to the following: - an outline or map of the surface extent of the Ore Deposit located on the applicable topographical maps together with the related geological and technical data; and - an estimate of the geologic reserves and resources in place (tonnage and grade), the estimated mineable reserves contained therein, an estimate of the recoverable reserves and the corresponding estimated annual production, together with the proposed methods of recovery and possible commercialization of the Ore Deposit and other information consistent with International Mining Industry Standards (Notice of Discovery and its Commerciality). In the event the appraisal of a Discovery indicates that the natural boundary of a Discovery extends to areas outside the Mining Properties defined in Appendices 1.1 to 1.6 and Contractor submits to AZERGYZIL a written request including relevant information pertaining to such Discovery and its Commerciality to extend the boundaries of such Mining Properties, AZERGYZIL shall make every effort to grant the additional areas to Contractor and if granted such additional areas shall become the subject of this Agreement. In the event Contractor does not submit to AZERGYZIL a Notice of Discovery and its Commerciality relating to any Mining Property hereunder during the Exploration Period or if Contractor proceeds to the Additional Exploration Period during the Additional Exploration Period, this Agreement with respect to such Mining Property shall terminate and any costs of relevance to such Mining Property incurred by Contractor shall not be Cost Recoverable. | ![]() mattjos
25/9/2020 12:08 | Is there something ironic about buying $100 bonds in a gold mine? What will the dollar be worth when the bonds mature? | ![]() lefrene
25/9/2020 12:08 | Another avenue opens up to us.....if we need to raise finance for Ordubad by way of Bonds at 4%....i.e. taking into account that our cash pile and cash flow should be enough for our expansion in Gedabek/greater Gosha etc | ![]() goldrush
25/9/2020 12:06 | Getting them bonds away shows business is getting back to normal. Reza being back in Azer/Baku must be because he can now get on with business, lets keep those jigsaw pieces slotting. | ![]() celeritas
25/9/2020 11:58 | Demand for Azerbaijani AzerGold company's bonds exceeds supply | ![]() celeritas
25/9/2020 11:54 | I wouldn't bother....better off popping to Sainsbury's | ![]() bazboa
25/9/2020 11:38 | spot on Polaris …. more and more of the jigsaw pieces are slotting into place & it is gradually getting clearer and more & more exciting with each news release, imo Don't recall ever being paid to watch a jigsaw come together but, I'm damn glad I am now | ![]() mattjos
25/9/2020 11:32 | LOL Rb, yep, I know what you mean,,, does seem quiet at the moment :-) Cheers Wan :-) | wanobi
25/9/2020 11:30 | Have you translated Zafer? It means winner, victory | ![]() sharekitchen1974
25/9/2020 11:24 | The probability that the discussion earlier in the year about the massive porphyry deposit (with the huge ring drawn on the map) is right is rising month by month. It will take a fair bit of further drilling to firm up but as long as the GoA are on-board then i think LoM will just drift into irrelevance going forward, as the true scale of the deposits become clear. In the meantime, i have my stash here and will take home the dividends...might even be 10 c for 2020 (total) before any potential special dividend in H1 2021...mmm | ![]() polaris
25/9/2020 11:23 | Cheers, forgot, maybe conveniently about the sharing, I want it all, lol. Average prices first half vs second are going to be considerably different, gold would have to fall considerably to not beat the first half avg. | ![]() celeritas
25/9/2020 11:20 | Celeritas - no, it doesn't work that way. The difference is mostly the GoA share of revenues, which they take in gold. Production and Qly sales never match due to timing effects on top of that. | ![]() polaris
25/9/2020 11:19 | ⢠A new mineralised area was identified between the Gedabek open pit and the Ugur open pit, which was named Zafero Four core drill holes totaling 2,592 metres were drilled over the Zafer area during H1 2020o One drill hole intersected 194 meters of continuous sulphide mineralisation showing various intersections of gold and copper mineralisation | bobhope18
25/9/2020 11:17 | Gold price avg first half was $1646, aaz received $1649 Gold price avg second half so far is $1914 The target is for 43,000 geo ounces in the second half to hit 75,000 ounces. If gold can stay above the average for the first half which is nigh on odds on then we are in for a fantastic 2nd half. | ![]() celeritas
25/9/2020 10:54 | Yes KS Porphyry deposit zones are typically low grade but often deep and extensive; can be immense. A lot of the largest copper mines, both regionally and globally are porphyry. | ![]() 2sporrans
25/9/2020 10:32 | very good spot Bobhope! very good indeed :-) Zafer = Triumph / Victory / Triumphal | ![]() mattjos
25/9/2020 10:31 | Morning Wan, looks another quiet day on the markets for me, just as well on my way south and might just pop in Bicester Village on the way; prop up our ailing retailers (rolleyes). | ![]() riggerbeautz

25/9/2020 09:56 | Matt, Zafer is an interesting translation into English from the Azeri language. Possibly a coincidence but possibly not. | bobhope18
25/9/2020 09:36 | Reza now has hard evidence of contiguous ore bodies extending CA and emerging exploration data of the existence of a “world class porphyry find”. Excellent work by our geological and exploration team headed by Stephen Westhead in laying the foundation for govt talks. | ![]() bleepy
25/9/2020 09:28 | I didn't quite understand the Zafer comment - seemed the grade wasn't anything spectacular, but was it the total depth of the drill intersection that is indicative of a potential large deposit? | ![]() king suarez |
