Nope mf but his questions like others were great, wasn’t it good that nobody had to be defensive, once the formalities were over and AGM effectively closed, Richard Round said again does anyone have questions, cue the 45 mins open session eh which I have to say, other than one to one, was very open and informative.

Rigger You the guy in the T-shirt that turned up late? I was the tossed in the back row asking all the questions. Would have loved to have had a beer, was surprised it didn't happen but everyone I was speaking to had placed to go to. The HUR AGM was much more sociable!

Hard to say re institutional presence. There were 3 or 4 who may have been but it would be a guess. No talk re scrip either

great posts today guys, many thanx....:-)

Rb, great feedback, thanx again for attending and posting here, much appreciated...:-)

I'm with you, from what I see, from a distance, they are looking to prove up resource, extend mine life, pay dividends,, surely all the things a pension fund II would consider worth investing in :-) for the longer term portfolio make up,,,,,, all in my humble novice opinion...

cheers
Wan :-)

It wasn’t mentioned in the questions after, incidentally Richard Round stated they actually paid above the 25% fcf; which in itself was a clue to how confident they were/are. My take is the focus is to quickly but efficiently prove up the best (possibly easiest) of the 31 locations. Then there is Ordubad the board were very quick to reinforce this is doable not some outside chance but it is still early stages. Sorry going off at a tangent here.

Then we have outside opportunities which are weighed up against existing. Why go off into the unknown when you know the existing jurisdiction etc. So back on dividends, a special dividend was suggested strong gold etc but it wasn’t really acknowledged other than they want to prove up quick and reward shareholders, so it may happen but I get the picture of increasing resource is the priority and just sustained dividends. Remember they have now twice fast tracked production, so know how to deliver.

Anything on the dividend and the possibility of getting a scrip option?

Whilst I appreciate the directors have substantial holdings - do they consider re-investing?

after all....what else is there on AIM (or elsewhere) which ranks as well as this for the next 2-5 years?

SPA didn't get mentioned but I did make a point of telling Bill and Stephen that I thought the Hardman report was excellent and well worth the cost. I think it fills in a gap between the facts that AAZ knows and can put in an RNS and what an experienced geologist might think but which, because it is subjective and as yet unproven, may not be able to formally communicate.

Thank you CC. Enjoy the day guys. Ive just come out of a fund and added! Be interesting to see if the board may consider something better than SPA, esp considering the POG increase would effectively pay for it!

#Lurker5, I've long been interested in but a doubter of the NPV model for valuations,
discounting at 8% what you could have earn't somewhere else into the forward cash flow model over 60 months is far more complex than a simple PE multiple of a FCF multiple.., I guess we will find out over time which 1 is/was the better prediction tool.. :o)

You were spot on with the overbought signal this morning tho' so fair play there.. I considered top slicing 50% but that would have cost me half my dividends, and they go ExDiv 27th next week.., and then you just beat yourself up on a potential re-entry point..!

Cheers guys and reinforces my belief in an exceptional company, it’s values, prospects and a highly skilled and professional team taking us forward.

Present operations being described as exceptional going forward and the luxury of an additional 31 prospective targets that has been prioritised and described as so promising they are spoilt for choice literally.

Halfway through again an exceptional exploration programme that is to include satellite surveys shortly and as mf saying, “no doubt that news will come thick and fast.”

Take into accounts the rest of company metrics and make your own minds up.

Did Reza not say the helicopter survey was the best investment they'd ever made. And somebody corrected him and said Stephen Whitehead was!
