29/6/2018 14:37 | Fabulous AGM. Nice to meet the regulars and a couple of new faces. Just finishing up our liquid lunch (me and FZ) Love this company! | jbravo2
29/6/2018 14:08 | Catsick, it was nice to meet you. Good AGM. | terropol
29/6/2018 13:47 | Very good agm, great to chat with reza and Stephen company is in very good hands indeed, lots going on, we should be getting a jorc update later in the year along with an update of what is being found under gedabek which is not in any of the jorc reports, it sounds like there is a good chance of significant mine life extension. The exploration teams get a bonus of a months salary for the whole team per 100k oz of new reserves found, lets hope they can make a chunky payout ! Also good to meet up with a lot of the adfn posters ! | catsick
29/6/2018 13:43 | I see there are three £10,000 sells, so who has a pot of shares on hand who wants to raise money in £10,000 slugs? PWC still dumping? | lefrene
29/6/2018 12:37 | On just about every level. | lefrene
29/6/2018 12:32 | This looks so cheap. | peterpowell21
29/6/2018 10:55 | I have just managed to top up at 44P. Had to go through my Broker on the phone. | callmebwana
29/6/2018 09:59 | I am pleased to say I have accumulated a nice position over recent weeks, I note the share price Angel coverage with a 72p target. My view is as a dividend payer Anglo will bring in new investors, the dividend will be well covered by earnings. The company is well managed and has a very supporting major shareholder. Looks very cheap at current levels. | thecoyone
29/6/2018 09:51 | Given up trying to top up, can't buy any and fill order doesn't get filled I am in a meeting now for the next 4 f'ing hours Gla | return_of_the_apeman
29/6/2018 09:41 | I don’t expect much more info to come that hasn’t already been covered in the RNS but I will listen carefully. For those who purchased these shares at 4.5p, a 2p div is a great return. Should be a pleasant AGM | gutterhead
29/6/2018 09:35 | Jb, thanks for the info. Playing the waiting game with this stock. Great value, fantastic company. Not selling any north of £1 | bobhope18
29/6/2018 09:30 | (Apols for my absence at the AGM .. came back from overseas trip with too much to get done for potential customers. Got to get the sales while they are on offer.) 44p buy price with a 2p divi is 4.5% yield ... will be a long, long time before you can get that for cash on deposit from the banks & the banks certainly won't be offering capital growth as well as a yield. Cancellation of Share Premium Reserve is common enough legal exercise. MM's happy to take any sales and have been moving up the bid to try and encourage some. I assume they are not selling any until the AGM is over. Not exactly making a market though, are they? | mattjos
29/6/2018 09:10 | No stock for over an hour this is surely going to pop anytime | return_of_the_apeman
29/6/2018 09:03 | Read the PSA bob 2 five year extensions available at company’s discretion | jbravo2
29/6/2018 08:48 | Hi all, unfortunately I could not attend today, however if I'm not mistaken a few of the licenses are expiring in 2022. Just around the corner really, any clarification on extensions would be terrific. | bobhope18
29/6/2018 08:45 | Still can't buy more than 100 shrs May be it's down to the very strong wording in the rns "Initiatives have proved overwhelmingly successful" "the Board is now considering a dividend policy and the payment of a maiden dividend to reward our long-standing shareholders as well as attracting new investors" "The Company also achieved a 26 per cent. increase in year-on-year gold equivalent ounces production in Q1 2018" Or perhaps something else, wish I had been able to make the agm :-( | return_of_the_apeman
29/6/2018 08:40 | Excellent statement in this mornings rns. Hoping today’s meeting with board members will have more news on 2nd crusher installation, exploration timelines and present production. Also the path being laid for a maiden dividend alongside the confidence aired toward the company’s future bodes well for all. Let’s not forget Reza has a track record of under reporting and over delivering. For those guys attending today, any news from the meeting and after chat would be gratefully recieved on this board. | bleepy
29/6/2018 08:23 | Looks like fill or kill orders and limit orders are the only way to get any | return_of_the_apeman
29/6/2018 08:18 | No stock about at all to buy now | return_of_the_apeman
29/6/2018 07:58 | Jeansy,There is none. It was an accounting thing in the past to stop companies issuing shares at a premium and using that to pay dividends. Now most companies laws have changed so that as long as a company is solvent and will remain solvent for the foreseeable future it can pay out any money as divis. | mad foetus
29/6/2018 07:55 | Please forgive my ignorance but Does anyone know the shareholder implications for cancelling the share premium account ? | jeanesy
28/6/2018 21:39 | yes T, see you tomorrow | gutterhead |
