They refinanced $13.5m debt on the syndicated loan early in 2018 which enabled them to slightly extend the term of the planned debt repayments this year and thereby reallocate that cash to the $8m exploration programme.

I doubt they will then immediately start to repay that $13.5m down ahead of plan so, with a net debt position of $10.4m as at 31/3/18, I assume it is reflective of their having $3.1m in cash as at 31/3/18 ... that figure will be increasing by circa $1.5m - $2m per month across this year. the 2p dividend looks likely to equate to 6 weeks of free cash flow .. more than well covered!

Actually just relooked at the Q1 update and it did quote that amount, mind playing tricks as I thought it was still higher. They are paying it off too quickly to keep up!

This may not be new news as I may have missed it but the last debt figure I saw was around £18m. Within the RNS today it quotes “This cash generation enabled the Group to significantly reduce net debt from $52.8 million at 31 December 2014 to $10.4 million at 31 March 2018”. Looking sweeter every month that passes.

Would buy more shares but AAZ is now by far my largest holding which is very dangerous but I can’t think of a better place for my money. Want to cash in Sept’19 to pay off my mortgage.

42.475p to buy right now ... expected 2p dividend for FY18 = 4.7% yield .. tax free if you get them into your ISA by the entitlement date.
more than 2p next year.

That is 2x the best Fixed rate cash isa on offer right now & likely to remain well above what a bank will offer you for some considerable time.

good stuff .. capital reduction schedule now formalised. It is only a tick-box exercise but, will be completed well in time for the Interims to contain the maiden dividend announcement.

Nothing showing in the auction this morning so far . With a bit of buying should be a blue day, with q2 results possibly on Monday would expect some buying.

Been a lot of shares sold, but all happily bought in the auction without the buyer moving the price.

It does not matter what the Divi is, I feel the share price will more then compensate
for having the the patience,this is still well under the radar but not for to long,the Divi will be the cream on top.A very good share to hold long term in the ISA.
A gem to hold IMHO. NAI.

Just added more today. Bought twice today.First trade at 40.85P. Last trade got them at 42.77P. Still dirt cheap at the moment. NAI.

Re Copper price coming down due to China export duty. If China exports less, then America will manufacture much more and will need to import the base metals?? Looking forward to q2 update next week.

Decided to add more today, this potentially yields 5%, exceptionally well covered, more interesting, the dividend policy is generous moving forward.

This company throws off cash, to the extent it has wiped of nearly all of $30m debt in short time.

Broker says 72p, you can buy in at 43p now !!
