11/7/2018 09:48 | This is a classic short. Simply way overvalued. Sell Worth 10p max. | dianecarberry
11/7/2018 09:44 | A stonking buy this. Just a mere 49m Market cap, and soon to be paying a div. Whats not to like. | peterpowell21
10/7/2018 23:18 | Pennies to POUNDS very soon | abbotslynn
10/7/2018 22:55 | The recent share price Angel note alluded to a 2p/share dividend. We all know that share price Angel have been under significant shareholder pressure to get ahead of the valuation curve with regards their tardy coverage on the company & so, I think it is reasonable to assume that a 2p dividend figure was not randomly plucked out of the air. It would have been arrived it after consultation with the Directors of the company. If we assume the share price trends up towards the 80p level in the coming 12 months, at that price it will yield 2.5%, on a historical basis. We might reasonably assume the 2019 dividend will be more than 2p/share so, the prospective yield would then be more than 2.5%.As things stand, Gedabek, Gadir & Ugur will still all be productive assets .. & we'll be half way through a self-funded $8m exploration programme ... there is plenty, plenty more to come here beyond the 80p hurdle, imo. | mattjos
10/7/2018 22:50 | Terropol, Could not muster the strength to attend the AGM and have not been on the bulletin boards for a while - just lacking energy I suppose... As regards AAZ, the update due shortly should provide further colour as to how things are faring. i am particularly interested in the financial metrics, especially the debt position and reductions to the same. Incidentally, I note that some complain regarding excessive moderation of the other thread by Mattjos - I think he is not dismissive of bearish views, but wishes to curb irrelevant twaddle unrelated to AAZ and/or outright mischievous mendacity. I think he tries to give contributors a fair shake.. | yasx
10/7/2018 22:07 | The share price doubled over the 12 months following the Q2 17 update. We had Ugur to thank for that but, Ugur was also coupled with a temporary cessation to mining at Gedabek & Gadir. From the Q2 update due shortly this year, we have the two strongest quarters ahead of us and Gedabek & Gadir & Ugur all in production + the new crusher & cyclone has enabled parallel Flotation & Agitation. We are going to be banging on the door of 100koz GE for the full year, with a net debt-free financial position, maiden dividend & a full Spring / Summer of exploration data to work with. The company has NEVER been in such a strong financial position as it is now & never before had this production capacity available. Nothing can be guaranteed but, I would be rather surprised and disappointed if we don't challenge 80p in coming months | mattjos
10/7/2018 21:56 | The board looked confident and upbeat at AGM. Feels like this, in time, may be two months or so, can only go one way now Expected production update and sector average dividend should do the trick | gutterhead
10/7/2018 16:07 | Production, net debt and dividend are a few near things to look out for. Production on target I hope. Net debt, the jury is out on this one, maybe net cash positive by the end of year or close now. Dividend, really just needs a few ends tied up. | celeritas
10/7/2018 12:59 | no one knows the details of the news or how the market might greet it. It's a thin summer market and the MM's don't really want to be exposed either way in such circumstances. No real pattern as to which day the Q2 update arrives. 17/7/17, 14/7/16, 13/7/15, 18/7/14, 11/7/13, 12/7/12 so any day between tomorrow and next Wednesday. Pick up more if we revisit 40-41p otherwise await the news. | mattjos
10/7/2018 12:24 | Are we seeing MM's accumulating here before good news? | lefrene
10/7/2018 11:49 | Is that an example of one of those rampy posts you keep going on about prowler? | fatnacker
10/7/2018 11:32 | the calm before the storm, one would hope. | bumpa33
10/7/2018 11:14 | lol .. spread now tightening 43.9 to buy small 42.325 to sell loads | mattjos
10/7/2018 11:13 | guys if you could look into the future this is what you'd see, be warned he will do exactly the same here that he's done elsewhere. peterpowell2110 Jul '18 - 10:29 - 42868 of 42870 0 0 0 Fatty Don't forget VAST and Hummingbird as well. Well there is nothing left for you to ramp here is there. Also there is no chance you posting you hold shares anywhere else, would leave you open for attack. Just go around other bb's slagging of other peoples investments. Because we all know your record on just this one investment here. peterpowell2110 Jul '18 - 10:21 - 42866 of 42870 0 0 0 As forecast by me the sells have started to come in. The mm's are trying to make it look not as bad as it is by moving the mid price up, while all the time the bid and offer are dropping. New all time lows will be here this week some time, imo. With no buyers and a seller watching his money disappearing,He could just end up getting out at any price. But i am sure you can see this for your self. | fatnacker
10/7/2018 11:12 | Thanks for that bit of info Mattjos, it would indicate that more are taking notice of the progress of AAZ. Perhaps a flurry of activity is expected when the results are published? | lefrene
10/7/2018 11:07 | 5 MM's here now (as opposed to 4 for the last few years) but, they still move the spread out to 3p at first sign of determined buying. Looking at the trading volumes dry up as the spread widens, folk are less willing to get involved when they do this. MM's will have to narrow the spread if they want any business between news releases. | mattjos
10/7/2018 10:59 | peterpowell21, you too have noticed that correlation. An article in the Sunday broadsheets giving a puff to this or that 'solid prospect', merely a device to give insiders a chance to off load stock. Not quite so sure it works in the metal markets though given the divergent uses of gold and copper, one will work to industrial cycles and the other to investment cycles. In the long run paper declines against real things, but will one live long enough! | lefrene
10/7/2018 09:58 | Gold and copper still being forced down it seems | cyberbub
09/7/2018 13:23 | Gold seems to be going in the right direction too. | henwii
09/7/2018 12:01 | Yes, indeed you are quite correct wrighty. That is what happened in circa 2010 .. the news broke in the Azeri press first before the RNS was issued here. | mattjos
09/7/2018 11:30 | Last 4 years update has come between 11th -17th July. So anytime from Wednesday onwards but to am leaning towards some time next week. Regarding resources updates, company estimates compliant to Azeri ministry would be most welcome a few weeks before the official Jorc is released. The company has done this in the past. | wrighty46
09/7/2018 10:51 | should know by next Tuesday + some details about Flotation production rates | mattjos
09/7/2018 10:30 | it’ll be the “net debt” figure to watch - total debt minus cash/cash equivalents on hand. Really silly cheap is surely nailed on barring anything unforeseen! | bumpa33 |
