14/6/2018 14:40 | Also added today | mattjos
14/6/2018 14:39 | Certainly looks ready to move back above 50p again. | jbe81
14/6/2018 14:10 | Took some more at current levels, note how share price Angel said the shares were undervalued yesterday, I see another break through of 50p coming, as we know the free float is exceptionally low. There may be some news ahead of the AGM next week, gold motoring can only be good for AAZ. | broken_arrow1
14/6/2018 13:53 | Nothing on offer at 46, bidding 45 for 50k at the moment. | bumpa33
14/6/2018 13:49 | 1300 is like a magnet of late. Long way to go to 1650 matt. | celeritas
14/6/2018 13:42 | Quite so Terropol, that's what I implied, firm gold price good for the company but not making any difference here. If it gets to 1650, AAZ would be earning over $1000 an ounce above costs, perhaps AAZ might reach 50p again! :¬) | lefrene
14/6/2018 13:35 | Taken a few more around these levels this week - technically should bounce from this area to retest recent highs just shy of 55p... | yasx
14/6/2018 13:26 | Gold now starting it's run to 1650, imo | mattjos
14/6/2018 13:09 | LEFRENE, it will make a difference to the company`s bank account... We sell gold every week... | terropol
14/6/2018 10:19 | Interesting to see Gold move up despite the interest rise in the USA, presumably already priced in? Not making any difference here though. | lefrene
14/6/2018 10:17 | I assume next one will not now be until September this year so, Gold has a couple of months 'breathing space' before the next "will they / won't they" period Whilst it seems counter-intuitive and contrary to what the media will try to persuade you .. 13/6/2018 18:44 | cflather2000 Mine life at Caledonia is less of an issue and they have a very good track record on reserve replacement. They have a clearly articulated and relatively low risk growth plan and are extremely well placed for any new opportunities that may emerge in the country. Having said that I do prefer AAZ as an investment. | thechurch333
13/6/2018 16:35 | Looked at Caledonia before I bought in here. Looks very well managed. Known risks with the country. Again, from memory, needed to extend mine life | cflather2000
13/6/2018 16:23 | Hopefully so mattjos - it’s been a long time coming. | bumpa33
13/6/2018 14:30 | Agreed Bumpa .. should get a heads up at the AGM | mattjos
13/6/2018 14:27 | Thanks Freiendzarin. He says its significantly undervalued, you dont say. AAM starts at 17:40 in. Updated to link so its just a click. | celeritas
13/6/2018 14:17 | Q2 update last year on the 17th July - this years Q2 is the one I’m hoping will really light a fire under the share price for those who like their numbers in black and white - falling into t20 range next week. | bumpa33
13/6/2018 13:45 | John Meyer features AAZ on Vox Markets podcast hxxps://www.voxmarke 17min 41 sec in to 19 min 25 points made pretty general - significantly undervalued - good opportunity/good future ahead of it - need to put out a resource statement - will be a good dividend payer going forward - good management/technical team | friendzarin
13/6/2018 11:46 | Perhaps like most here I see AAZ as a 'value' buy, I realise that it is too small and illiquid to be of interest to most funds. Hopefully the value will out in due course, partly from a divi and hopefully from finding further commercial grade ores that will substantially extend mine life and extend the investment sunk into equipment. It's a nice exposure to gold with prospects of income and future growth, with a highly competent management. Something of a novelty on AiM! | lefrene
13/6/2018 11:34 | Celeritas, the answer is no. AAZ is not an appropriate investment for most fund managers I know (size/liquidity/risk | thechurch333
13/6/2018 11:22 | 45.2 to buy again. | basem1
13/6/2018 11:07 | thechurch. In my opinion the early "institutional" buyers of this stock will be hedge funds. Typically they are a lot smarter, do their own research and run higher conviction portfolios. I would be surprised if AAZ is not already on a few radar screens. I know of one in particular who will be all over AAZ! Have you mentioned amm to fund managers? | celeritas
13/6/2018 10:02 | Thanks for the warm welcome. For the record I own a decent position in Caledonia Mining and a much smaller position in Ariana Resources. (Pause for hilarious laughter by readers) Both come with huge caveats/risks. (More laughter) Caledonia are presenting at the ShareSoc event in London this evening. I'm not going but would obviously appreciate feedback from anyone mad enough to go along. Ariana has a very problematic history, but have announced some good news today - the first in a while. I've rarely known a company so loathed by its shareholders... | thechurch333
13/6/2018 08:38 | thechurch, Welcome aboard AAZ. I think you are spot on about reserves as professional analysts will only value gold stocks on known reserves. Likewise, AAZ is one of my largest gold holdings and am also very positive on HUM and CEY. Which other gold stocks are you keen on? | jimbowen30 |
