31/8/2017 09:23 | Jbravo2 yes that makes sense, just thinking out aloud! This is just way to cheap imo maybe half year figs will set things off. Copper is on fire. | ![]() graylyn1
31/8/2017 09:16 | Sorry graylyn I just don't agree, unless it is at a significant premium. Like £1. That much of a premium. The games are heightened at the moment but that won't last as eventually the buyer will have reached the position he wants then the MM's won't be playing to his agenda. I think we're fairly close to that time as it's been going on for several months now. We're paying debt down rapidly and don't need to give away part of the company at 35 or 40p when it's going to be worth much more than that inside 12 months anyway. The amount of debt we pay off in H2 is going to be great. | jbravo2
31/8/2017 09:09 | Tiny free float here hence the mm games, maybe aaz should issue some shares perhaps enough to pay off the remaining debt. I realise of course that the debt is being paid down rapidly but this would give some more liquidity to the stock. I would imagine that such a share issue would be snapped up even at a small premium. Any thoughts? | ![]() graylyn1
31/8/2017 00:15 | Just a word of caution about electric cars. There appears to be a link between gold and oil prices (easy to Google a few articles). Perhaps some of it is the dollar move.... If electric car sales rise significantly oil will likely fall. Will gold then fall? Mind you copper will very likely go up significantly. | puntogt
30/8/2017 23:38 | Renault-Nissan to build electric cars in China... Global automakers including Ford and General Motors are working to develop electric cars in China... China wants electric battery cars and plug-in hybrids to account for at least one-fifth of its vehicle sales by 2025. The proposals, due to take effect as early as next year, would require 8% of automakers' sales to be battery electric or plug-in hybrids, rising to 12% in 2020. | ![]() bleepy
30/8/2017 17:57 | No, that is not a gap in my book zhockey. The chart on IG is better than ADVFN for Gold. The weekly gold chart is really the one I tend to use to try and filter out the 'noise' so to speak. That, for me, has a return to a minimum of $1850 confirmed. I trade the hourly for tea money & occasionally it gets all carried away & rewards me well .. on that chart, below 1307 is a trading buy for me. Gains simply buy me more physical shares in AAZ .. too slow to trade on IG & spread stupid 99% of time. Buy & Hold. Now virtually +500% on 2016 Bed & ISA chunk. The first two years divi here will recover all 2015 buying costs, imo. I have Copper, on the chart, to $9,000 fwiw. Scoff if you like but, there is a huge supply/demand gap emerging just now & no chance supply can catch up for years yet.AAZ's share of Gedabek alone worth £275m (£ not $) but hey, that's just my opinion. Hence why I remain a solid buyer. | ![]() mattjos
30/8/2017 17:21 | A quick hoover up of the spare shares at mid price after hours. Who could have guessed such a thing would happen? (rolls eyes) | jbravo2
30/8/2017 16:46 | Does that not count then? | ![]() zhockey
30/8/2017 16:26 | Apologies zhockey .. that was rude of me. Mea culpa.I blame the 20 hour drive & then vino Tinto for brekkie.I believe the gold hourly chart pointed at 1307 & for me, that is now support to build upon. No other gaps that I can see .. remember Gold not traded in London on Monday but, was traded in rest of the world so, not a gap in the true sense anyway. | ![]() mattjos
30/8/2017 16:05 | Matt gold is closer to 1000 than 4000 last time I looked. Anyway my bearishness on gold is thinning although that gap looks concerning. I wouldn't rule out a collapse but it's looking less likely in my view. | ![]() zhockey
30/8/2017 15:56 | zhockey! How are you my fine fellow? Hmmm. Perhaps the tone of your post tells me all I need to know? | jbravo2
30/8/2017 15:48 | Like sub-1000 gold?? Jog on | ![]() mattjos
30/8/2017 15:48 | Jbravo, I would be happy if your prediction comes true, there is afterall a first time for everything. | ![]() zhockey
30/8/2017 15:26 | Given the mm have hung on to some of the stash they paid the directors 17.7p for on exercising their share options recently, they can be selling now for ~60% mark up. | ![]() 2sporrans
30/8/2017 14:55 | Lol .. MM on AIM wants 20%, not the 5% they are having to feed their starving kids on here! | ![]() mattjos
30/8/2017 14:53 | It's quite a dilemma for them isn't it? They want shares, but don't want to raise the price we're trading at to get them. If they pay more for them, the prices rise and the buyer gets fewer for his buck. Us PI's are currently a pain they could do without, we go and ruin it all by rumbling what's going on and having the temerity to try and buy the shares before they can be handed to the buyer, thus the price rises. What's more, fewer and fewer people are being left in the dark, therefore leading to fewer and fewer sells for each penny they lift the price. They must have hoped for a greater supply today after the rise. Such is life. I'm sure they won't starve. | jbravo2
30/8/2017 14:51 | It's a buy up to 34p now .. but, soon will be buy up to 80p | ![]() mattjos
30/8/2017 14:36 | You got it matt. Trying to completely shut down the market. Cant get a quote to buy even 5000 shares. Only offering price to take 10k. They'll be happy enough now if they get away with no further trades until they get to offload the few they picked up in the auction to the buyer in auction/after hours. | jbravo2
30/8/2017 14:06 | I do suggest folk phone their broker & ask to leave a visible order on the book to try and get executed during the auctions ... TDW will definitely do it for you | ![]() mattjos
30/8/2017 14:02 | The MM's are a sideshow at present | ![]() mattjos
30/8/2017 14:01 | The buyer creeps in at the end of each auction and picks up the lowest stock offered ... someone here is now playing the order book, to buy, the proper way as I suggested last week | ![]() mattjos
30/8/2017 13:55 | Matt, can you see a complete order book? I just have level 2 here and can now se there are shares available between 30-31p | ![]() jbe81
30/8/2017 13:49 | That's another 60k of the small overhang gone ... very small now left | ![]() mattjos |
