Too true matt, this is the half of the year we'd prefer the better prices.
If we hit the bottom of the production target, and if metals prices just stay as they are currently then net debt at year end will be down to c.$18m.

I'm expecting gold to hit $1,320 ish around the Trump election highs before it pulls back.

Highs in gold will likely be seen late in the year. Should be re-testing the 2016 highs!

They are out for Trump. I fully expect him to be impeached or resign before the end of next year.

Great to see POG push through 1290. Will we get through to the psychological 1300 today or early next week ? Stock must be tight with only a few buys pushing up price yesterday and then falling on a couple of sells. A steady tick upwards is fine by me or a little fall so i can buy some more when funds allow! I still get the feeling this is not on people's radar yet.. fine by me for now !

That last 37,500 trade was a matched buy & sell in the electronic order book .... most likely bought by WINS actually as they were buying at 26p in the auction & now selling it on through the normal MM Level 2 process

All,AAZ is a hybrid order book apparently.YES, it is a Market Maker Auction stock in the normal way but, it also has an electronic order book running alongside it in parallel but, this is only expressed visibly during the auction process.Since most just use the online trading platforms made commonly available to us, we cannot get into this action BUT, if you phone it through & request your buy/sell instruction is published, TDW & others can get into the parallel electronic order book for you & you will see your order visible in the auction.

Not knowing TDW matt, what is their reason?
Is it because of your holding? An account upgrade? Is it a move to DMA?

Well thats the majority of the 100k sold yesterday gone.
Of course if people are happy with 26p thats all well and good but if you're trying to get out and back in the opportunities look thin. Very few are joining in with the selling on these small retracements at this price.

It is hard to justify selling after the news re Ugur.
Does anyone know of any other open resource with a strip ratio less than one? I can't think of one but there must be one somewhere, it might be interesting to compare.

TDW have advised just now to me that they can and will allow me post an order on the book here during the pre, post & intra-day auctions & publish that order on the book

lovely chart developing nicely. the 23% retracement level at approx. 27.5p clearly the next level to breach and consolidate around now.
Each level back is now taking progressively less & less time to regain and hold above in this uptrend, before off upwards to the next one:

eg. Took 27 trading sessions to break through the 19p level ... took 8 sessions to break through the 22.75p level

Once past 35p, & that will be 4 year highs, there is little by way of volume congestion on the chart until the mid-50's
