The only metric that AAZ is adequately rated on is Price to Earnings but, that is a historical metric and will drop dramatically when the FY16 results are published.

On Price to Book Value, Price to Sales & Price to Cash Flow - AAZ is pretty much the cheapest PM miner on the entire LSE .. despite the seeming stellar rise from 4p.
Just shows how completely destructive Bashirov's selling was through 2014 & 2015. That took the company valuation down to absurd levels.
Folk still don't seem to understand that whilst he was drip-selling for such an extended period, the company was growing on all fronts and becoming significantly stronger financially.

This is the sort of detailed comparative analysis that forums like ADVFN afford the private investor and which the fund managers and institutions generally miss completely.

SP Angel, Sergei .. if you are reading this thread, you might consider revising your coverage along similar lines!

Still a lot, lot further to run on the share price before the mkt cap reaches the sensible area

Basically I have built in all the infrastructure. Just a bit of financial reporting updating to go.

Stocks in the PM space are scored on:
PER (Price Earnings Ratio),
PBV (Price to Book Value),
PSR (Price to Sales Ratio),
Ev/EBITDA (Enterprise Value to Earnings before Interest, Tax, Depreciation & Amortisation),
PCF (Price to Cash Flow).

Lowest scores represent low valuation (ie share price appears low for this metric).
The 'TOTAL' column is a simple sum of all 5 metrics and the table is sorted on this column in order to rank all the stocks in terms of their current under/over-valuation.

I will probably put the completed table into a header scroll box. In the meantime here is the table-to-date in order to provide a 'taster'. Please note that the scores are rounded to whole numbers so Total may not appear an exact sum.

A good couple of days here. Steady as she goes. Hoping for POG to stabalise and drilling news before Xmas. Next news will be probably be production figures in about a week.

Just remember guy`s we went up on strong volume and down on very low volume....
We should get passed the 34p barrier this time...and have a pause on 40p ish.

the rising price hardly flushing out any sellers & those that are selling are seeing their stock get snaffled pretty quickly by the buyer(s)

I agree. The 34p to 35p area is where the resistance is as we have retracted from that price on three trading sessions recently.

Very little stock around now. Can't imagine there will be much til new highs now. The only stuff will be from people regretting not having sold before at c.30p. Let those who are doubtful out.
Soon enough there won't be any sellers at 40p and those who were sellers will wish they'd held on with this share more than any other they've owned.
Another day nearly done. Another day closer.

A bit of strength in gold, silver and copper today. AAZ seems to be moving independently of of PM of late.

Can buy 25k at 27.5 or sell 75k at 27.3.
Much tighter spread than normal. Selling slowing down. Reckon more and more of those holding realise what the real game is.
