Forecast end of year debt of $32 million, one more good year reguired, then it should be able to finance its remaining debt on the copper and silver production alone. + comprehensive drill program for next year.( fingers crossed)

net debt @ 30/9/16 was $37.7m

I take off the $3.9m owed to Reza Vaziri from the figure as he is clearly going to leave that there for as long as is necessary to ensure the well being of the company he owns 30% of.

So, $33.8m payable to commercial lenders.

Another $2.467m will have been paid to Amsterdam Trade Bank in November, leaving debt to commercial lenders of $31.333m ... assuming they did not pay off any other principal to other lenders since 30/9

Every month that goes by the interest burden is being lowered.

One of the 4 payments to ATB in 2017 has been funded by the $2.5m savings from the electricity connection alone !

if the market is going to continue offering these at such a daft price now, I am going to continue to buy them. Just how cheap do folk want it?

$1,200 price for gold
0.875 effect of PSA
£:$ 1.26

(69000*1200*0.875)/1.26 ... Annual turnover of £57.5m

Current Mkt Cap: £23.7m

Does that really seem even remotely sensible to folk?

If you do same sum above but, use ($1,200 POG - $700 AISC) you still get to £24m

The current market valuation is utterly ridiculous.
At the very least the company should be trading on 1 x Turnover

Gold price should rise after the interest rates announcement. Buy on rumour sell on news type thing for the dollar?

Rates have already risen more than 0.5% due to the bonds market crashing recently so I wouldn't be suorised if they didn't raise rates. Imagine the impact that would have on the dollar/yen and therefore gold price.

ferries5, are you thinking the company is been spending all those millions of dollars without a good indication of what is underground??

The man in charge has 30% of the shares in company, I am sure he is a bit more clever than that!

Agree with that 100% MATTJOS,
Had a Chat with Lydian in London on Tuesday, looks they will start first production 1q uarter 2017, mining very near us...in Armenia... and their market cap is already $223m canadian.
Now look at our minuscule market cap....

Few more for me this morning. This price is a bargain.

Anybody like to have a guess at what profit we will end this year at?

My guess is $10m

interest rate rise baked in already. 100% expectation that they will rise this month & $ has risen well ahead of the event so, I don't see the 'event' itself having much impact unless the accompanying commentary is more hawkish then expected.

Brasso, I agree,they are likely to vote out of the EU on Sunday and the continuing break up of the EU is bound to affect the price of gold.

I hear the price of gold in India is now $1900 oz due to the removal of banknotes.
