11/5/2020 19:15 | Such an avalanche of sells late in the afternoon. | skeptic1
11/5/2020 18:56 | Matt I cannot recall any time frame mentioned for the JORC. Is June optimistic? | brasso3
11/5/2020 18:54 | Pogue I think they need to show some intent with these results. It feels like we have slipped into a consistent 75,000 GEO oz gold miner that pays out a good dividend. Two years back when the exploration programme kicked off it looked like a path to a 2m+ JORC within the 3 year time frame. I do not know where were are now. The situation with the government and short mine life do not help either. If 1 or 2 of these issues get resolved then I thin 250p will not be far away. | brasso3
11/5/2020 18:43 | Looks like the pre results run up with AAZ is on, then the post results fall follows normally, will it be different this time? Place your bets. | pogue
11/5/2020 18:35 | Results this week & then updated JORC's in June? Been a long, long wait but, hopefully some more data to chew on shortly.GBP remains quite weak against USD so, dividend could be at a good conversion rate. | mattjos
11/5/2020 18:22 | For large chunks of the day, the spread on actual buy/sell trades on ALTN can be as much as 20% as witnessed earlier today. | goodgrief
11/5/2020 18:12 | This is a great bit of charting on BTC. | brasso3
11/5/2020 17:55 | Wan, POG results due on the 27th. The share price have jumped up a bit today. I think the share price will go over 30P before too long. PUR also went up nicely. Let's see what more AVCT has to say this week. I was a bit surprised at your buy of FRES. Remember when I mentioned POLY to you? It was over £8 a share then and I said it was going to join the FTSE 100 well the share price is over £16 now. Oh'what a game this is,like you say !! Snakes and ladders Wan. GLA. | callmebwana
11/5/2020 17:55 | I think INCE should go to at least 40 but NMS is small | mad foetus
11/5/2020 17:50 | Why not Wan, you’ve been here long enough now. Seems enough interested and from what I can see ALTN is turning a corner, hope you all make loads. I’m going further and further into cash, bar resource holds, I’m just looking for more like AA. that I can do fairly safe quickish trades, potentially SHI is doing an AA. with construction starting back up, but need to look further as there is a lot of debt there. When this market turns probably sometime around summer, I feel a lot will be dragged down again. | riggerbeautz
11/5/2020 17:35 | scaled into a few ALTN myself today :-) LOL,,, I even sound professional now Rb with all those books I've been reading LOL LOL, :-) GLA holders, Cheers Wan :-) | wanobi
11/5/2020 17:33 | thanx for heads up Rb, cheers Wan :-) | wanobi
11/5/2020 16:29 | yep its virtually ALL traded inside the spread For instance spread currently is 1 - 1.35 yet sells are being filled at 1.2 and buys at 1.29 | onedayrodders
11/5/2020 16:29 | ALTN spread is not always terrible. Best to buy using a trade plan. | brasso3
11/5/2020 16:29 | Wan just spent the last hour or more bailing out of GCM don’t like the merger with Gold x, no doubt Sprott benefits somehow but I can’t be bothered to look into it too many surprises keep knocking it back every time it goes forward. | riggerbeautz
11/5/2020 16:25 | Not involved in ALTN but can you not trade inside the spread out of interest? | riggerbeautz
11/5/2020 16:20 | Not often you see a CEO buying over £20m worth of stock. SLE "San Leon, the independent oil and gas production, development and exploration company focussed on Nigeria, announces that it has been notified that Oisin Fanning, Chief Executive, has purchased a total of 98,000,000 ordinary shares at a price of 21.0 pence per share on 07 May 2020." | someuwin
11/5/2020 15:44 | We all know there has always been a messing with trades and dropping of price for a couple of seconds when in those few seconds someone picks up a real bargain. It has also worked the other way to let someone out. The messing about with trades being cancelled as been going on a few weeks now. We have to just grin and bare it,because corruption is just part of the finance industry now. | gold finger 1
11/5/2020 15:03 | 26,678 shares were shown as a Sell at 13.39pm. That same no of shares were not shown as a Buy at 13.38pm, but delayed by one hour , ie not declared till 2.38pm. This is clearly misleading, giving a false picture of the time of the trades and quite possibly giving some an advantage over others. The fact that it is a rollover in all probability does not affect my point. | klosters65
11/5/2020 14:57 | Also how did the Scotland project that almost settled turn into Portugal? Espero que tudo corra bem. | stevea171
11/5/2020 14:02 | If you think the spread on AAZ is bad, you should see the size of spread on ALTN. Huge! Buy and hold kind of investment. | goodgrief
11/5/2020 13:55 | Cinoib I think you have talked so much about this farm on the AAZ BB you at least owe us a picture! :) | brasso3
11/5/2020 13:40 | fozzie, what about all those poor sods under 60 that are also dying, look at the W.H.O. website as they tell you roughly age groups and deaths, even some deaths in the 20's bracket. Yes I have retired here, if you can call it that as I have 10 acre to play with to keeep me fit and out of mischief. Inland in the mountains, the view from my kitchen window is to dye for as is jaw droppping. I bought more this a.m. at 126 so pleased to see it going north when I got back up the 1 in3 from town. | cinoib
11/5/2020 13:32 | ALTN, could be a nice cup and handle now formed, GLA Holders Cheers Wan :-) | wanobi
11/5/2020 13:21 | Mediocre? Interesting choice of word for what is a relatively small company. | skeptic1 |
