29/5/2018 14:02 | 4p a year would be a terrific start to any div policy. | mr roper
29/5/2018 13:58 | As far as the div goes I think the best outcome would be a policy declared even if the first year or so they ease into it, HGM is probably the best comparison and the policy they have is a semi div of 20pct of net operating cashflow , for aaz that would be around 6m usd a year or about 4p a year, however cashflow for 2018 looks like it could be much higher .... | catsick
29/5/2018 13:55 | Thank you crazycoops. Curious that on a day like this one would expect gold to tick upwards, instead of retreating. But then I suppose more gold is 'held' via instruments than in physical form and as instruments are cashed actual gold has to be sold to meet those encashments? | lefrene
29/5/2018 12:36 | The Q2 production update will be mid July. A new JORC could come at any time though. | crazycoops
29/5/2018 12:14 | Perhaps we will get a production update at the end of June? That might give things a lift and also give holders an idea of the sort of divi that might be issued? Pleased to say that my recent purchases are now in profit and I will continue to hold. | lefrene
29/5/2018 11:58 | Have added again this morning. | jimbowen30
29/5/2018 09:38 | Next step up is in progess, expecting a consolidation wiggle before it makes further new ground. | edjge2
29/5/2018 09:01 | Good start to the week. Very encouraging here now lots of new holders on board with hopefully sticky fingers. GLA. | wrighty46
29/5/2018 08:57 | PWC will be along in a minute to harvest some fees. | lefrene
29/5/2018 08:55 | They are fast out the traps this morning | my retirement fund
29/5/2018 08:45 | Looks like some have been processing the results over the weekend and have probably bought their first chunk | return_of_the_apeman
29/5/2018 08:33 | wow that is some start, moved up another 2p as i wrote !! | jeanesy
29/5/2018 08:31 | looks like we are off to the races again !! :) Will we finally stick at over 50p today ? I think we will | jeanesy
29/5/2018 08:23 | If this finally comes into the spotlight for a new group of PI's (e.g. like the trades this morning) our anonymous buyer in the background may need to start to be a little more aggressive. He's had it his own way for a few weeks now where he's mopped up the bored exiting for their gains. | jbravo2
26/5/2018 19:46 | I wish the likes of fundfemale would join us over here. It was her that got me into AAZ in the first place all those years ago | jaspoland
26/5/2018 17:28 | jaspoland Does seem dead on there jaspo and discussion is hardly current or in depth. I've posted the Daniel Flynn interview with Bill on both so at least there is up to date and informative input. | friendzarin
26/5/2018 14:26 | Not one post on LSE or iii since results. Appreciate this is a much more active thread but still very much under the radar. Onwards and upwards | jaspoland
25/5/2018 16:46 | Buyer still probing in the auction. Can't imagine his thirst will be quenched with 2,061 shares at 49.5p! Up thruppence on the week. Delighted with that & the 5 year chart looks terrific. Enjoy the long weekend all. | mattjos
25/5/2018 15:44 | Just like GFM this will good on a huge run. | celeritas
25/5/2018 15:39 | Ridiculous I know but I wish he said it's a country with "low operating costs", rather than saying it's "CHEAP"! Don't want the Azeri's raising the parking rate! | lefrene
25/5/2018 15:24 | He says it how it is, that is actually him enthusiastic. | celeritas
25/5/2018 15:21 | He is perfect as he is, imo. AIM is littered with excitable BS merchants all selling snakeoil placings. Bill is steady, unflappable, experienced/seasoned 2 years ago he advised at the AGM that he was checking every penny spent .. including Directors Car Park tickets. That is exactly who you want as a CFO, Exactly. | mattjos
25/5/2018 15:20 | Great news on the divi. I've added. Great company always has been at 4 p per share they were a screaming buy. At 50p per share they're still a screaming buy. I said at 4p - £4 per share was possible i still believe thats that magic number. We just need to drill and convert the russian data into jorc compliant gold.. easy money chaps .patience is the key!! | ilostthelot |
