Best of the bunch that are presenting, lets see if it creates any further buying or if attendees are just there for the free canapes and champers

As always won't take much to move the price up

Sounds like there will be some IIs there, here's hoping :-)

the fact that they are there and presenting is positive-they have a good message to convey and more general exposure

I suppose an update is possible but, I think might come across as rather contrived.

I'm not banking on this ... rather they outline the opportunity to the audience and let them digest that + then see the FY results

So, whither the $ from here?

POG actually marginally up when priced against KGX basket of 6 major currencies [ex. $US] past 2 weeks:

Over same past fortnight, the $ AAZ has earned will buy about 2.5% more Manat to pay for operations.

they wont be drumming up much trading in this with this daft 3p spread they keep reverting to. Still, only 3 weeks to wait now

Mattjos, the timelines of these Israeli revelations are key. Netanyahu's presentation described an Iranian effort from 1999-2003 to develop nuclear weapons. It's more like a history lesson than news!In fact, it's a strong argument for the nuclear deal to stay in place to avoid Iran amassing material for just one bomb. But why let facts get in the way of a good Tweet. Trump won't!

Frustratingly just cant get any at 41.5p no matter what I try.
I see the buyer pinched 14,000 at 41.5p in this morning's auction though

Will just have to leave limit in and see if I get lucky I suppose.

Always believed that Obama deal with Iran was a weak one and that Iran must have been laughing afterwards. Don't see how Trump can NOT now re-impose sanctions on Iran after yesterday's revelations by Israel.
Gold back on 4 month support level today

You are up late mr ape !!
I tend to agree with your thoughts
If gold stays above 1300 I will stay
For the ride up but if it drifts lower
I will move to a different planet !!!

Looks to me like volume has been up since the great forward looking statement on the 16th April, perhaps some have been taking the opportunity to exit while others have seen this as a good time to buy/add in the expectation of significant news flow to come.

I take a lot of comfort in knowing this is very undervalued, other gold stocks have been on a rollercoaster of late but this has avoided the pain imo.

apeman, I wouldn't know, but volumes here have risen way above their usual levels of late, and the only unusual thing I know of affecting the shares is the Beaufort situation. There must be buyers taking the other side of all these sells, but why is this being sold when the assets and sales are so very healthy? I doubt it would be private investors, who perhaps like myself are mystified as to why AAZ is so cheap by any measure.

45p proving a bit of an obstacle, but am hoping an RNS will take us past it this week.

Would not expect any Beaufort holdings to get to the market for at least another month or two and the volume to be small anyway

Just my thoughts

That'll be PWC again extorting their fee's from one of the few things they have from Beaufort's that is saleable!
