BIG NEWS, couple of RNS late this morning. So the previous board members very much want to retain a good number of shares. Seems very positive. Must be a good reason.

Juno have gone after decades!!!

Biggest changes in the company for decades. Something brewing?

Very interesting that Juno have sold out, what price was paid by Energold Inc for the 20% stake ?

Looks like a takeover offer may be imminent.

Kearney doesn't have current shareholders support so if he intends to grab AYM he will have to pay up

So Juno Holding added to a warrant and option position giving 24.4% voting rights. Presume Mr Kearney is going to make a move…either to regain control or take it over.
Has he really got the firepower?

"Energold Minerals Inc., an affiliate of John Kearney, a director .."Yes a vehicle connected to him...not sure it's connected to Energold Group then which seems a large mining operator.

Some very dodgy people in there, looks like a HMP Belmarsh day release.

I see Don the con is still hanging about scrounging pocket money from shareholders. Jim Williams lived off Arian silver shareholders cash for years before flogging the Arian story to Rod the sod who has who has simply repeated all the rubbish Jim Williams was touting.

I think he's invested over £80000 of his own money since joining the board and he paid 3.4p in a placing for a lump of that , he has also taken shares in lieu of directors fees of £50000.I doubt i could find a ceo that has invested more into the company they run relative to salary in any listed company over the period he has been on board.Suggesting he is in it for the money is idiocy.

Ridiculous nonsense ...you are not even a shareholder so why do you care so much that sets you bad mouthing the CEO. You made an investment based on your own over zealous expectation..when that did not materialise short term and the price fell with the sector you cut and ran. Don't invest ( or comment !) on things you do not comprehend ffs.Back on filter just a waste of air.

I’ve already posted the salary he going to pick up. I’d guess Battershill has only visited Anglesey half a dozen times in 2 years, no regard for shareholders.

Calmtrader if ever trader employed facts rather than just ignorant emotion ...that would be the day.Same as when they were an outrageous bull spouting undying support for the old guard and how they were so good and had done so much for the company..Delusional idiot..projecting 101.

Look up silver mines Australia it all there as well as his pay...as for sitting at home that would have been difficult to do a Analyst tour of Parys Mountain yesterday

Where is the link stating Battershill is moving his “family” (or even himself) to Australia? Do you know how old his children are? Do you know their jobs?

These scrounging directors don’t work full-time, they simply sit at home churning out a few e-mails a month and live off shareholders cash. They can be in any country in the world because they don’t actually work. Wake up you delusional idiot.

Does seem a bit of a rush of updates...i genuinely believe though that Jo is 100% behind the Parys development but was made an offer he couldn't refuse to move his family back to Australia. He stays on the board and will be most valuable to whoever takes the reins in pushing this and the other projects forward. Hopefully an exciting opportunity for the incoming to make a name for themselves getting Parys up and running or sold for a very meaningful sum well above current market cap.Fingers crossed!

The current ore zones lie to the south west of the historical workings with the copper zone extending north towards Amlwch.

Like the new presentation. Have often wondered where the ore zones lie with respect to the historical workings. I wonder if this sudden rush of information is Joe clearing his desk, or whether something is in the wind.
