Nothing available online currently, 1.75p offer (a premium) across most platforms now.

A break through 2p looks on.

Just taken a look at the tweets from the site and it's true that the initial tweet has been edited to exclude the Shard analyst Sheldon Modeland and David Seers.

I tend to agree this does seem to add some further speculation to events as to why the visit was organised.

Here is the initial tweet on 7th Dec

And here is the edited tweet

Early doors, most brokers are 'at best' on any buy size, IG suggest they have 50k shares at offer 1.7p then it moves up.

The interesting aspect is Sheldon Modeland (Shard analyst) was named in the initial tweet and that tweet has now been deleted, his name removed in the replacement.

There was more to the analyst site visit than meets the eye.

Is that the same Alan Green who was involved with the failed investment companies sharecrazy.Com and Blackcabbietrader.Com? Could Jo Battershill not find more credible people than Alan Green and Don the con to pump a site visit with?

No-one picked up re the site visit that a analyst from Shard Capital was there, AYM's broker and research comes from WH Ireland.

More fuel to the speculation fire.

Interesting week ahead here, those 1m on market buys stand out for me and I suspect there will be more of them.

Question remains has the market latched on that Anglesey is sitting on a very high grade copper deposit as alluded to by Alan Green during the recent analyst site visit or is it a combination of that and corporate action ahead.

Mr Green suggested Anglesey was undervalued by a multiple of 4 to peers just based on Parys Mountain alone.

This implies he believes the share price should be around 6p/7p

This is interesting from a chart perspective, it broke out of a long established trading range last week, there is very little chart resistance to 2.5p, the RSI sits at a comfortable 59 giving quite a bit of room for upside.

Would not be surprised to see this trading in the 2p's next week.

There is no evidence that John Kearney is in bad health, he was applying for re-election to the Anglesy board back in October.

Of course the 20.5% stock transfer was via Energold Inc where Kearney is involved but so are others, it is difficult to find who is behind Energold Inc on the web.

I would expect some news/rumours about what is going on, clearly something is, followers of Anglesey will be aware that recent events are far from normal.

The £7m m/cap is a pure anomaly which cannot last.

Page 59 of the last report and accounts lists the subsidiaries and holdings.https://www.angleseymining.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2023/09/ANRP23.pdfAs far as I am aware aside from the option to QME Anglesey owns 100% of the land and rights etc at Parys and that would form the very large part of the assets of the company. There are more details on page 67 including the QME arrangement.

I’m trying to understand the relationship between Parys Mountain Mines Ltd and Anglesey Mining Co. Both are showing an asset value of £15.711m in their March 2022 annual accounts. Do AYM own PMM outright? Sorry to ask - Kooba, calmtrader … you have a better grasp on this stuff than me.

Kearney was involved with Vatukoula Gold Mines alongside the dodgy David Lenigas. I’m not sure what happened there but I think they delisted the company and shareholders lost 100% of their investment. Will the same happen here?

From your post sounds like Kearney is very unwell..wonder why the change of Juno holding control if that is the case.

If the mineable resource is far larger, with better recoverable grades , easier to access and transport to market than the PEA estimated then the NPV the company say is currently $270m at spot will be far greater whilst the up front development cost will be roughly the same. Northern copper zone could double the indicated resource and we could be looking at $500m NPV with the latest data incorporated still with a relatively modest upfront cost and very deliverable within a short time frame.I agree with Calmtrader if somewhat wants Parys they will have to pay well above current market cap.

JK wasn't voted off by Juno and any bid by JK wouldn't succeed unless it was North of 10p a share (just for Parys). The results from the drilling on NCZ ( first hole assays results s/be end of Jan) will completely change the value of this project and serious investors are waking up to how far advanced this project is..and it's true value

This is an excellent report and a reminder of the value in Grängesberg "Understanding the high-grade iron ore market" It is some two years old, but still very informative.
