Actually the weather over the next week or two could well hit the news at times. It's all a bit complicated but there could be some significant snow events.

Think they used to do that because they were unhappy with the low share price. Don't think they need to worry about that so much now. Feb looking fairly cold so should help things along.

Jan 2012 5000 @ £1.90 was the last buyback.

Every year it renews that option at the AGM if memory serves
Not sure that they have bought any back for many a year but I could be wrong
Do your own research etc.

Maybe the 47k is the reason for the "mysterious" fall.

Let us see if the company buys any in to cancel as it used to do when stock was available.

Think it may be one of the biggest trades by value that I have seen in Sykes
Remember the odd 100,000 when the stock was around 100p but that was many years ago

Previous form suggests final results in first week or two of May. They don't seem to do trading updates.

Well done to all those that have been here since the late 90's /early 2000's. Does anyone have any idea when the next earnings report or interim is due?

I really don't understand all this delaying reporting trades.
Print it when it trades so we all can see it at the time of execution.
Imho

It's size of trade dependent I believe - if 75 times NMS it can be delayed until the end of the following business day. I think the NMS of ASY only 75 so clearly qualifies.

Yes, that's when they dived, still a big move though. I thought they had to publish within 2hrs or at least the same day? What are the rules on that?

Think the most I paid was 230p or so

Had around 32000 at one point

Can't beat that Keith.......had to settle for 80p & 82p in September 2008 :-(

Bizarre a few thousand sold on Friday - takes nearly £20m off the market cap.

Yup, bought the stock in 1997. Think I bought some around 40p, held well over 100,000 at one stage. Should have kept them!

You get used to it !
Used to be 3 market makers and the stock was traded on SEAQ if memory serves
Listed on AIM and lost some of its liquidity but if you held the stock as long as some of us , you accept it can have wild moves .
Tests your nerves all the same

Only one depot around Paris, but they must be doing a bit of pumping. Coldish weather for the UK again, just a bit milder for a time later this week into the weekend, but cold again next week.
