The winter hasn't been a complete disaster up to now with some decent cold spells further north although Europe has been relatively mild. However, this should give a very nice boost and although less cold next week it's going to stay well below normal.

"Panic Nationwide" to quote their blog plus they must be busy in Europe I am assuming. Weather not much better over there

Good enough for me ! Formula 1 testing in Barcelona was delayed today because of snow.

So, according to their blog the heating units have been 'flying out of the warehouses'. Correst me if I'm wrong but that would be fairly good news wouldn't it?

@Ignoble, Agreed. It is nature, and that bigger influencing factor - the ball of fire in the sky. The rest is unproven conjecture, the science certainly isnt settled(unless you fiddle with the models, and their assumptions) and is merely a means to tax people imo. More Co2 = Greener, Lusher planet (Plants need Co2 after all!) and, more importantly, Higher crop yields, going to be needed to feed the extra 1.5billion people due by 2050!! Population 9 billion forecast. I'm a cynic but do my bit keep tidy/not wasting unnecessarily, and certainly not littering.

Lol My only take is that it is Nature It is what it is ....quite amusing when you hear "Experts" blame global warming for the cold. Guess it makes sense to them

Tks Keith I am relatively South hence it looked a little less severe. Seems the North may continue to be under a cloud Suppose that is usually the way.

It does become less cold next week, especially in the south, but probably cold enough to keep out anything that's been hired out. Still some snow around, again especially in the north. Possibility of milder weather by mid-March.

I'm wondering where the balance of the 50,000 sale is Be surprised if a market maker has them in inventory unless they know they have a buyer lined up ! Who knows but agree that if this forecast cold week or two does rear its ugly head then one has to assume it will be a positive for Sykes No advice intended etc.
