Strange not to have seen a TR1 from the first conversion. Surely Optiva can't have sold below 3% already (started with 38%), even if they were forward selling the moment the ink was dry on the agreement and the latest conversion is another 6%.

Now back over 1Bn shares in issue - equates to over 50 Bn pre-consolidation the share printing that has gone on here since readmission is really quite incredible. While there are still mug punters to take them ADL will keep the printing presses rolling.

COLTER and PEDL330/PEDL345 (8%)

The Corallian Energy Limited ("Corallian") operated group is in the process of undertaking a major review of the seismic data and mapping of the area after the well results to determine the size and path to commercialisation of the Colter Area Prospects.

The Colter South discovery has been assessed by Corallian to contain gross unrisked Pmean recoverable Prospective Resources of 15 mmbo (1.2 mmbo net to Baron) as well as upgrading the adjacent onshore licences PEDL330 and PEDL345 (which include the Purbeck Prospect with gross unrisked Pmean recoverable Prospective Resources of 36 BCF).'

Yes - that's their 8% of Colter sorted for the next drill and I'll bet anyone on here a pint (even the filtered SK2) that there's a minimum of 40mmbo proven.

IF that proves to be so, just do the maths.
8% of 40 million is 3.2 million barrels
3.2 million barrel/ GP will be minimum £40 a barrel
£40 x 3.2 million is A VERY BIG NUMBER compared to a £1million market cap....

Honestly SK2 you're like an angry wasp just stinging away without cause or reason, so carry on being so dementedly vitriolic - one day you might find someone else like you and distil some acrid sort of deranged happiness out of it I hope.
Now where were we:-

1/ 'clearly know abs.. f... all about the basics of accounting'
WRONG: Had made a million by the age of 37 running then selling transport company in N. London (Mind you divorce sorted that out!) Currently running a successful manufacturing company worth in excess of £700k and will likely be over £1m by end 2020

2/ 'mug punters like you' - it is a bit of a favourite for you that one isn't it?
WRONG: Started seriously investing in winter 2008/9 (although, to be fair, I'd been almost wiped out by getting a bigger business completely wrong and watched the bank scrog my lovely home off me). BUT HERE'S THE THING. In the last 10and a half years I've turned £127k into £980k so if that's a mug punter then call me that, please!

3/ 'to do the very expensive work' You don't run a business do you?
WRONG:
a/ It's only 8% 'of very expensive work' silly - what don't you see here.
b/ There's absolutely dozens of ways to get this sorted, only one of which involves diluting 'us mug punters' (Did you see what I did there... :-). But even if they do, it would then be such compelling basis that the share price gain will compensate for the dilution, probably by 100 - 300% - AND IF you don't believe that son, just watch if/when it happens

P.s. Everything I've said in 1/ and 2/ is completely true by the way, and in 3/ - wells it's speculation isn't it but I believe there's every chance ADL COULD get through this courtesy of COLTER and their 8%.
