10/2/2022 13:13 | You listen to the hype if you like, the ramping of AMC being taken over has been a ramping staple for 5 years, in 5 years time I expect many more share finance issues and guess what else? you got it, another takeover ramp to sell into lol IMO R2 | roofer2
10/2/2022 12:36 | Roofer - You sound painfully desperate here now!!! Tom Bowens sold his Copper company for $200 million. Cash in bank ~£7m. Cash burn is negligible, all expensive exploration done. Spreading lies again!! Classic deramper. Why do you post here? Just to warn us? ;) One sale RNS , wooosh, up we go in a flash! Can come ANYTIME. I'm sure on that day you'l be gone like the wind! | london07
10/2/2022 11:46 | Mind you, the rampers shouted £1 coins going for 20p 5 years back, ramping back then and still at it now ! IMO R2 | roofer2
10/2/2022 11:44 | Blah blah blah | madmonkflin
10/2/2022 11:44 | Clutching at straws thinking you’ll get a pay out here, no shame in trying to trap private investors out of their hard earned saving ! IMO R2 | roofer2
10/2/2022 11:42 | The difference is AMC have done no development, they have drilled a few holes, nothing much else other than a piece of paper called a license, Russians printed it so easily got round it, £100million lmho IMO R2 | roofer2
10/2/2022 10:22 | The takeovers of Highland Gold and Trans Siberian Gold speak for themselves. DYOR and ignore Roofer boy. | the skipper
10/2/2022 10:13 | He's on Roofies of course. Doh. | madmonkflin
10/2/2022 09:28 | Really, the big question here is, AMC license take over could be a rue to help clear the massive share overhang in order to get yet another share issue sorted for later this year! The cash burn is massive, share finance issues regular which have resulted in the S/P crash from the 20p range, there has never been a J/V in all this time, the Russians are not know to be fare dealers in business, if anyone really believes the Russians will pay £100million for their own mine lmho, how much have they ever paid for foreign assets they clearly acquired!!! IMO R2? | roofer2
10/2/2022 07:37 | AMC have started flagerting, little more ramping today could do the trick, remember, Bwana tells us we should at least double from here ! Long term holder “we unite !” IMO R2 | roofer2
09/2/2022 19:59 | The accumulation continues ... | roughandtumbleone
09/2/2022 15:08 | I'm going to run out of money to invest on these dips soon | madmonkflin
09/2/2022 13:34 | THG WILL BE THE TRADE OF THE DAY THANK ME LATER :);))) | g2theary
09/2/2022 13:34 | Back to sub 3p and I'll be adding :) | g2theary
09/2/2022 13:32 | That's would make a lot of sense | nfvda
09/2/2022 13:30 | Axis capital.....warrants at 2.12pApplication will be made to the London Stock Exchange plc for 5,000,000 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on the AIM market with admission expected to occur on or around 9 February 2022 | beltd
09/2/2022 12:25 | Well no it doesn't change the current status however it's clear there is a large sell order being worked today. | nfvda
09/2/2022 11:14 | Will it make a difference? Whether it's a sell or a buy, it's all part of managing the price. I'm sure Robin is well aware of it, as is Schaffer. Tough one, they are legally obliged to represent their shareholders and with more and more eyes on activities in Russian related companies and investors, any malpractice will likely see directors held to account. That said, a good deal for us is equally a good deal for the BOD. Some legal and governance grey matter needed. Robin your PI will support a no to any opportunistic offers | beltd
09/2/2022 10:05 | Specifically around 10.30am...? | nfvda
09/2/2022 09:51 | Hard to tell N/F but AMC did drop below 3.40p yesterday after a bit of a sell off so could be someone mopping up the impatient. | avsome1968
09/2/2022 09:31 | Can anyone confirm if those 3M delayed trades were buys or sells? | nfvda
09/2/2022 09:12 | The BOD will need support of PI to reject this offer which is a complexity but not an impossible hurdle imo. So to your point somehow RY needs to get the BOD thoughts out there at an appropriate juncture. If this bidder has sense they may well just up the offer. 25p would be accepted and would still grossly undervalue the asset. | beltd
09/2/2022 09:06 | Indeed we do! As much as many people are feeling frustrated by the wait, hopefully they are taking the time to fully understand this project if they are new to the share and become appreciative of the history of the project and the intrinsic value of the asset. The wait could well be a sign the bidder is forming of a more acceptable offer which in turn could lead to others bidding. The TEO and subsequent GKZ negotiations is the first step towards opening the door to debt funding. Our bidder is riding on the dismal share price performance over the past few years and the media driven fear of sanctions to try and steal this asset for a snip of its value. It's very clear the bidder has built a significant position being used to manipulate share price but also to block resolutions. | beltd
09/2/2022 08:51 | We need to do a John Menzies PLC here! :) | g2theary |
