Looks like the market is not convinced. Something not right about this.

I am guessing the ship is likely to be slightly leaky so guessing we will see significant momentum over a few days before any confirmation. In that part of the world I will be stunned if a few individuals don't make a packet before anything officially released

Anytime, Any day, who knows.

Could come tomorrow.

If multiple bidders join the party, could take longer.

Just got to hold and be patient.

For traders, sorry no help. Too risky!

For newbie investors please DYOR. Read the last RNS with regards to the sale, 2 articles in The Times leaking some news about the sale last week, A UK investor Magazine podcast yesterday which covers AMC in depth, and another article dropped this morning!

It can swing around on a daily basis. Just need your golden tickets when the official news lands. Eg if deal made at 10p, it will rocket towards that price instantaneously. I cant make take the risk of making 5-10%, and potentially lose out on 200%+ from current levels!

I see the Telegram group is getting cluttered with newbies with the blinkers on/rampers with a clear short term agenda. Not sure that group is helpful to anybody at the moment.

$30+ billion asset, current market cap £50m, current lowball offer on table £100m. Negotiating for more.

Could very easily multibag from here!

Some will have been spooked by the drop after initial surge. For LTHs these movements are nothing new. Difference is we can see the prospect of an end game playing out. I would not put my house on it AMC have beaten that out of us over the years with false dawns but not difficult to see the ducks lining up here.

Is this simply going to race away now.

People looking at the asset value and market cap and its a complete disconnect, especially with atleast one buyer sat at the negotiating table.

Had so many tries at 4p, need some hefty volume to finally break it. If so could get a big move!

Good luck on that buddy, but worth a go. I will drop a note also, why not. I know my last email a couple months back was received as I got a comments quoted notification, but as per usual no reply. The governance and communication of the board has always been an issue, one reason I'd prefer this sold rather than developed further as it's difficult to trust the BOD. As so many LTH have noted, 7p would be ridiculous and I'd it went through think we'd rightly question what shady deals allowed mgt to sell out for this. Such an exciting asset it's definitely RY opportunity to show shareholders he's been taking a long view with all our interests at heart!

Agree completely and is why I emailed RY, the rest of the Board and the advisors yesterday...
