Unless a sensible offer comes out, which is a multiple of at least 2.5-4 of the 100m we should walk away. Get the GKZ report out, confirm the mine plans, the battery grade nickel and work with Bowens to tie up a copper off take deal to fund the BFS. That will flush out serious buyers.

I absolutely agree with you but if the approach doesn't lead to anything, the insitu resource doesn't just dissolve. The value of the resource is still clearly there and Nickel is pretty important and in low supply too.People are only looking at the now and not taking a step back and looking at the bigger picture There are plans afoot here and as I stated and have restated, the TEO is ready to release.

Rough - we know everyone is waiting on news but it is not 100% guaranteed that news will be positive.If news comes out that talks have stopped and the bidder has withdrawn it is highly unlikely to be good for the share price Talks/due diligence happens all the time with companies - many of those breakdown. The company may be being nosey and just want a good look at AMC's info with no intention to make a concrete bid.I am a holder and underwater but am realistic that there are still significant risks here
