I like those trades at 500k and 200k. It is proof that some one is interested to take all the shares at this price and i think he is building stake by buying at low as he knows he can get 7p for the stake he built.

Very much doubt there are any LTH who value the asset less than that. The GKZ report would very likely increase that which is why shareholders must have visibility so we can hold the BOD to account with any negotiation and subsequent formal offer

I've been here before and with fear of staying the obvious, it doesn't matter if someone is selling their allotted shares from exercising their warrants if that's their exit strategy. Some organisations, HNW individuals and IIs simply have a target price and the wider influences or pending announcements are just white noise. They execute their plan and don't waiver or deviate from their course. As the podcast states and as the company has confirmed, an approach and valuation has been given...if anyone thinks the BODs after all these years aren't going to want to get other interested parties involved or use their industry contacts to wave the For Sale flag, you're deluded. I'm sticking with 22p or 300m and that's still only 1 percent of resource value.

Thing he doesn't say is we could already have been in negotiation for months, there's nothing in the RNS to say how long they've been discussing already, so hope that they are much further ahead than some people think

Sounds positive and topped up further.Still a lot of liquidity though - would feel far happier if it was difficult to buy shares. Happily take £100k of you so must be either 1 big seller or a lot of people happy to dump

From those that didn't listen to the podcast yesterday, it may just wet your appetite into why some of us believe Amur will sell for multiples of todays current price.Listen from just after 15.5 minutes hTTps://ukinvestormagazine.co.uk/vodafone-takeovers-and-amur-minerals-with-alan-green/

You don't really need to give such comprehensive updates on your trading, as the only person it really affects is you and of course your daughter, but I commend you making provision for her and hopefully she will see multiples more from her Amur investment.

Personally not into day trading or leveraged trades, and yes some can make a bit of cash although on spreads the stats are not good for gamblers, but for me its always been take your time selecting the right share and buy them, and some of the biggest mistakes I made 40 years ago was selling the winners too cheap.

Of course you have to drop some if you have the evidence or even gut feeling but that's when the winners that have reached absolute potential more than make up for the dropped shares.

Resources will be scarcer and scarcer and a good part of my portfolio is in resource stocks, but often you have to weather storms along the way, where I tend to use that as an opportunity to add investment (often considerable investment) in companies I already own shares in.

If you've made a profit good luck to you and your daughter. Many of us are showing 100%+ and stand to gain multiples more with a bit of patience and a bit of luck and even more if other bidders enter the game.

Perfect Storm you right there. Chronically undervalued for years.

Well AMC asset is soon going to be sold. Have you got your shares locked and loaded for this massive asset.

Current market cap £47m
Low ball current offer £100m
In Situ Value ~$30 BILLION, only growing everyday.

Seems like a huge gap to fill. Momentum is now on our side.

COULD BE AN INVESTMENT OF A LIFETIME. Multibag potential for sure, just dont k ow how many x2 minimum, could be x6 or more! Let's wait and see and find out!

Thunders... as I've stated and as the Investors interview identified , this is only the beginning. The resource is significant and all the EV market is jostling for the very resources that AMC have. With the GSK report for the TEO imminent (sorry bad use of word considering RY used this previously) the Russian low ball pitch is IMO an opportunistic approach and as the interview states, the real organisations are going to take AMUR. Is Tesla and other huge commodity users going to be so stupid to not look at the supply chain...I've been told tonight, this is brewing into a perfect storm...

Monthly and weekly charts gaps to fill from current share price position are 10p, 16p, and 25p. I guess messers Young and Bowens should negotiate a reasonable price - anything above 20p would be useful for the long term holders. Always remember that the low ball offer is just opportunistic and nowhere near a reasonable offer. Just as the buyer is offering 7p; the board should demand 50p and then there is always the middle ground!
