I think if this was in the West like the USA then it would fly, with Ukraine ongoing and no resolve the market doesn't believe there is a offer yet that will complete, like I said before saw it with Imperial Energy.

Never one to be convinced by conspiracy theories but this is what's been muted:-Vladislav Sviblov makes the approach with his valuation of a 1% of the current Nickel value and controls the current share price by continuously either shorting or selling stock to suppress the share price Thus making shareholders feel it's an offer they can't refuse. The current Nickel price is going through the roof and looks set to continue and yet when you'd normally expect a stock to react, there's constant shares being sold. I put it to you, the manipulation is there for all to see and it's just whether the BODs and NEDs are going to show integrity and get true shareholder value of be implicit in the manipulation?

Just negotiate shrewdly, then get the message out that shakes out more bids from other parties, that's all I care about. Best price not soonest news

Ref update, they will when they can or when it's strategically sound to do so

Strategic sells aren't going to work here when the news lands. I've added again on this mornings deliberate and force drop - thank you

The sign off of the TEO by an independent auditor if you like. It's the key to the BFS stage but for a Russian project. From my understanding over the years

Maybe you can do the same on twitter then requesting an update.EUA have announced their reserves and resource update... maybe AMC will actually get the GSK out today?

I don't know why people contact share price Angel, they are beyond useless. The people to contact are -Amur Minerals Company Public Relations Blytheweigh ( Twitter @Blytheweigh )Tim Blythe ( Twitter @TimBlythe1 ) or Megan Ray +44 (0) 20 7138 3203 I found Twitter really good as the don't like being called out in public.A couple of years ago I forced them into doing an interview with Robin Young on their Blytheweigh site.

Still heard nothing back from share price Angel, Tom or RY.Have chased again this morning and pointed out the details of why and how the TEO is ready to release and is price sensitive and company value adding and there should be no reason this is being withheld from the market. Again, I'm not naive to think they'd comment about market sensitive info directly with me but if puts pressure on them to give a transparent update, then perfect. It's not going to take a lot for an interested party to take the surplus stock for a significant accumulation and as stated at the weekend the holder(s) of the 22% have a lot of control. Maybe all PIs increase their holding by 10% and snaffle another 50m

Tom isn't going to let this go without using his M&A skill set... he's got a decent wedge to have a decent payday and as a NED should be impartial from the BOD and drive shareholders interests.Russia's Amur Minerals Corporation announced last week that it has appointed Thomas Bowens, a veteran Far East miner, to the board as a non-executive director, Mining Capital reported.Bowens is the President and CEO of IG Copper, a company he founded in 2009 and that sold the Malmyzh copper-gold project to another company, Russian Copper, for $200 million last year. He was also responsible for discovering the Svetloye deposit in Russia's Far East."Tom's experience of working in the mining sector, especially in Russia, and the Russian Far East in particular, brings invaluable knowledge and expertise to the Amur Board," said Robin Young, Amur's chief executive. "His knowledge of completing M&A activities of this scale and in this region will contribute to the company as it continues to engage with potential strategic partners to assist in advancing the Kun-Manie nickel copper project."

Well people should look at the date when I created this thread:10 May 2011 and by 10 May 2022 we should have deal - 10 /11 years is not long - besides the Nickel price suggests this year is ideal for the deal.

GURU....
When you say long-term, you're implying that the proper deal will come along.
I've been here for thirteen years.
How many more years will the LTH have to wait if there is no deal, and how much more damaging dilution will we be expected to absorb in the meantime?
I'll take 7p; but as they say...the more the merrier,

I'd grumble at 20p and not toast RY. 7p he's destined to be the face on my dartboard. 30p he gets a toast and a Christmas card, although it's still a ludicrous cheap deal for an Oligarch to fund yet another yacht in the Med

Nice and easy consolidation around 3.5p mark:

In my view the longer this negotiation takes the better it is for the share holders. Either there will be no agreement as the board cannot accept the offer on the table or even 50%more as it’s still too low. Personally I am not worried if there is no agreement reached as in th long run the right offer will come along.

A median price around 20p would more than likely to be acceptable to the majority of shareholders.
