THAT the Directors be and they are pursuant to Article 14.4 (a) of the Company’s articles of association hereby empowered to allot up to 150,000,000 Ordinary Shares for cash pursuant to the authority conferred by Resolution 5 as if the pre-emption rights in Article 14.3 (a) of the Company's articles of association.

This raises a couple of areas for discussion:-

1. At what price will a bucket shop take 150,000,000 shares off AMC in 2020?

2. Special Resolution indicates no advanced "secret" discussions - they need cash to survive; currently burning £150,000 to £200,000 per month.

3. When will the AMC share price hit sub 1 pence in Jan 2020. I'm beginning to think early Jan 2020 right now.

I agree CT. If I'd have thought for one minute we'd have been starting from here at this point in time I'd have put my money to good use elsewhere. As I see it though we have little option but to see how this plays out now. The asset is massive, there's a high probability of increased demand for the resource and the Russians want the area developed and appear to be prepared to provide funding with a robust business case. On top of all that we've recently had a new director, with relevant experience, dipping into his own pocket at slightly higher prices, and existing ones (for whatever reason) foregoing salary to get shares. Certainly not happy that I could have got my shares much cheaper, but not going anywhere yet. ATB

I have friends, my lady partner,and myself, who hold about 6/7 million shares between us. I have every right to express my views here.

WHAT EXACTLY IS THE BUSINESS CASE?

13 DEC 2019 AGM RESOLUTION APPROVED TO PLACE UP TO 150 MILLION SHARES IN 2020


I'm really struggling to see the business case to invest in AMC today.


+ $1 billion funding required to begin to exploit natural resource.

+ 10 years until resource provides any revenue.

+ Bucket shop placings guaranteed every 2-3 months.

+ 30 million share overhang TODAY being drip fed into market.

+ Over 50% share price collapse in just the last 26 trading days.

+ BoD's taking placing monies to fund lifestyle.

+ Survival, suspension and fire sale of asset in 2020.

For those chartists amongst us the share price resistance level is 0.72 pence.

We should achieve this at end of Jan 2020. Less than 25 trading days before announcement of NEXT PLACING.
