Just back from the AMC AGM.

An appalling low turnout at the AGM with a handful of shareholders bothering to turn up.

No reassuring words shared on the future just the dire past 12 months. Asked the QQR Russian question and it will come as no surprise "fake news" yet again from the chief ramper.

"All resolutions were duly passed".

Resolution approved for 150 million shares to be placed in next 12 months.

Death Spiral!

Sub 1 pence in Jan 2020 before Feb 2020 placing.

1. At what price will a bucket shop take 150,000,000 shares off AMC in 2020?

2. Special Resolution indicates no advanced "secret" discussions - they need cash to survive; currently burning £150,000 to £200,000 per month.

WHAT EXACTLY IS THE BUSINESS CASE?

13 DEC 2019 AGM RESOLUTION APPROVED TO PLACE UP TO 150 MILLION SHARES IN 2020


I'm really struggling to see the business case to invest in AMC today.


+ $1 billion funding required to begin to exploit natural resource.

+ 10 years until resource provides any revenue.

+ Bucket shop placings guaranteed every 2-3 months.

+ 30 million share overhang TODAY being drip fed into market.

+ Over 50% share price collapse in just the last 26 trading days.

+ BoD's taking placing monies to fund lifestyle.

+ Survival, suspension and fire sale of asset in 2020.

For those chartists amongst us the share price resistance level is 0.72 pence.

We should achieve this at end of Jan 2020. Less than 25 trading days before announcement of NEXT PLACING.

Can this funding be accessed/will it be made available without the completed TEO? Could the infrastructure, the road for example, be built in anticipation of a TEO (given the KM project in the Plan and the road will have other uses)? Last week RY clear the TEO unlocks the main funding door but if the Russians chomping at the bit to develop the area SURELY some elements of the TAO, as they're developed, could unlock funding earlier than Dec 2020.

Hopefully similar effect on share price compared to Prime Minister Medvedev signing amc mining license...:))With regards to process, no doubt the 1.56trillion allocated because Medvedev would not sign it otherwise, Government approved, Medvedev approved, now Putin will sign it too.
