Maybe suggest you read my posts more carefully.

CFD and traditional short. Not here for a few thousand on just my traditional short position. Making hundreds of thousands on CFD from 3.7 pence currently.

Bet and winnings for each 0.1 pence fall. Rather tax efficient and AMC currently performing rather well over last 27 trading days.

Why else would I waste time posting other than to protect my substantial and very profitable trading position?

It is important to be transparent about why you post.

That is what was said about Flybe when the share price dropped sub 10p then sub 5p.

There is a very good practicle case that has been made that the AMC share price could easily go sub 1p.

meek - If one shorts a share at 500p and it falls to 250p one has made 50% or 250p.

If one spends the same 500p on shorting a share that costs 2p and that share falls to 1p, one has made 50%, one has made the same amount of money as one has made 250p.

I would have to question a persons sanity, for them to be short on this stock (or any other stock) at these prices. Best you can win 1.8p, most you can lose.... the risk versus reward is simple not worth it. I have to conclude, that you are either telling porkies about a short or you are pretty stupid. Either way, I'm sure you can find better ways to spend your time, than posting drivel on a public forum.

All shareholders will have now downloaded the AMC AGM resolutions from the website (follow link below).

Issue of a MASSIVE number of new shares to be approved as part of AGM does not send a strong message from the BoD's of the SIGNIFICANT level of dilution to be expected over the next 12 months. I do hope I'm wrong but it must be of concern?

Don't be mugged by the paid rampers.

Opportunity still exists to exit before sub 1 pence within next 30 trading days.

A key resolution for approval at the AGM will be how many shares the BoD's allow to be issued over the next 12 months.

I anticipate it will be around 150 million shares over next 12 months available for placing. Last 12 months it was just a little less.

WHAT EXACTLY IS THE BUSINESS CASE?

I'm really struggling to see the business case to invest in AMC today.


+ $1 billion funding required to begin to exploit natural resource.

+ 10 years until resource provides any revenue.

+ Bucket shop placings guaranteed every 2-3 months.

+ 30 million share overhang TODAY being drip fed into market.

+ Over 50% share price collapse in just the last 26 trading days.

+ BoD's taking placing monies to fund lifestyle.

+ Survival, suspension and fire sale of asset in 2020.

For those chartists amongst us the share price resistance level is 0.72 pence.

We should achieve this at end of Jan 2020. Less than 30 trading days before announcement of NEXT PLACING.

Wand is very happy with both his investments. Palladium going bonkers and now the rise of nickel and copper. Robin has never been this quiet. Has my respect in the thinking a deal is being done. Just like EUA I feel AMC will rocket and catch a lot of people out. I can't wait.

My knowledge about EVs and copper is limited. Anyone know if it is used?

LESS THAN 30 TRADING DAYS BEFORE NEXT AMC PLACING

"Company has agreed not to make any further drawdowns under the convertible loan facility with Riverfort for a minimum period of three months...……" - next placing no later than February 2020



£1.2mln before expenses = £1.05mln after expenses.

£625k goes to pay off the Riverfort loan leaves them with less than £400k in Nov 2019.

Late AUGUST - Amur Minerals Raises Over GBP150,000 As Non-Executive Takes Shares. This £150k has lasted barely 2 months which means the £400k AMC have just got will last them maybe until the beginning of February next year, if they are lucky.

Another 87 million plus shares to add to already sizeable dilution pool.

As I have openly posted on a number of occasions on this thread I'm also very heavily invested in AMC with both CFD's and traditional short positions from 3.7 pence.

Why else would I spend so much time posting on this thread if no financial interest?
