Unfortunately after the mid-afternoon rally we can expect this to fall again before close of trading today.

L3 unreported sells (at time of writing) too heavy for the price not to.

Don't be mugged.

Predict sub 1.8 pence trading before close tomorrow.

One of the questions I keep asking myself - Why hasn't one of the big miners got involved, bought a stake in AMC.

Look at another junior miner Explorer/Developer Solgold who have found huge Copper discoveries in Ecuedor, where both BHP and Newcrest have taken 15% stakes in the company.

One of the big problems I see with AMC is that it is in the middle of no where, whereas Soldgold's Copper find in less than 10Km, 6 miles from a major highway which leads straight down to a major shipping port on the Pacific coast.

WHAT EXACTLY IS THE BUSINESS CASE?

I'm really struggling to see the business case to invest in AMC today.


+ $1 billion funding required to begin to exploit natural resource.

+ 10 years until resource provides any revenue.

+ Bucket shop placings guaranteed every 2-3 months.

+ 30 million share overhang TODAY being drip fed into market.

+ Over 50% share price collapse in just the last 26 trading days.

+ BoD's taking placing monies to fund lifestyle.

+ Survival, suspension and fire sale of asset in 2020.

For those chartists amongst us the share price resistance level is 0.72 pence.

We should achieve this at end of Jan 2020. Less than 30 trading days before announcement of NEXT PLACING.

It is no coincidence the AMC AGM is on the Friday morning right after the General Election.

Need to bury the bad news that will include the high level of cash burn.

Having a financial interest in AMC I will be attending the AGM. Like the Investor Event asking the same question(s) of the BoD's. Holding them to account for the continuing "DEATH SPIRAL" and "JAM TOMORROW" empty promises.

LESS THAN 30 TRADING DAYS BEFORE NEXT AMC PLACING

"Company has agreed not to make any further drawdowns under the convertible loan facility with Riverfort for a minimum period of three months...……" - next placing no later than February 2020



£1.2mln before expenses = £1.05mln after expenses.

£625k goes to pay off the Riverfort loan leaves them with less than £400k in Nov 2019.

Late AUGUST - Amur Minerals Raises Over GBP150,000 As Non-Executive Takes Shares. This £150k has lasted barely 2 months which means the £400k AMC have just got will last them maybe until the beginning of February next year, if they are lucky.

Another 87 million plus shares to add to already sizeable dilution pool.

It always surprises me how shareholders in a "death spiral" share continue to hold going into a AGM.

By definition AGM's look backwards.

No forward looking news.

After the AGM the share price falls.
