OVER $1 BILLION FUNDS REQUIRED TO EXPLOIT RESOURCE WITH FIRST REVENUES ONLY IN 10 YEARS



It would help if someone could oblige and provide clarity on at least one of the following questions?

How are AMC going to raise funds to build a 210 mile access road (a distance from London to Manchester)?

How are AMC going to raise funds to construct a mine and its infra-structure to begin to extract the resource before revenue generation can actually start?

How long after road construction and mine construction will it take for AMC to be cashflow positive?

How many AMC placings and associated dilutions WILL BE necessary to fund this venture when currently market capitalisation is a modest £15 million?

In addition to the aforementioned a big thanks to the AMC website who have highlighted the initial capital expenditure for a fully Toll Smelt operation and the Owner Operated furnace facility ranges from approximately $US 550 million to $US 700 million.

WHAT EXACTLY IS THE BUSINESS CASE?

I'm really struggling to see the business case to invest in AMC today.

+ $1 billion funding required to begin to exploit natural resource.

+ 10 years until resource provides any revenue.

+ Bucket shop placings guaranteed every 2-3 months.

+ BoD's taking placing monies to fund lifestyle.

+ Survival, suspension and fire sale of asset in 2020.

...getting a ticket to the agm to ask a few questions is not going to cut it with the BOD. They are not going to pay any attention to a few disgruntled shareholders.
...start to organise yourselves into a shareholders group ... anywhere over 5% and the group cannot be ignored ... over 10% and the group can sway the BOD's actions, and can hold the BOD to account !

PENNY FINALLY DROPS - AMC "PLACING GRAVY TRAIN" CONTINUES THROUGHOUT 2020

Note the penny has finally dropped for QQR (chief cartel ramper).

Another 12 months of "nothing" progress confirmed but plenty of placings in 2020 until next news in Nov/Dec 2020. All confirmed at Investor Event if you cared to attend last week.

It’s the going concern that bothers me and others. According to LSE figures they have 836 million issued so they can add another 164 million and 164 million at .02p would give them another £3 million + or so. Come on Robin; get this going concern sorted out.

NEXT LOAN CONVERSION AND ISSUE OF SHARES NO LATER THAN FEBRUARY 2020

"Company has agreed not to make any further drawdowns under the convertible loan facility with Riverfort for a minimum period of three months...……" - next placing no later than February 2020



£1.2mln before expenses = £1.05mln after expenses.

£625k goes to pay off the Riverfort loan leaves them with less than £400k in Nov 2019.

Late AUGUST - Amur Minerals Raises Over GBP150,000 As Non-Executive Takes Shares. This £150k has lasted barely 2 months which means the £400k AMC have just got will last them maybe until the beginning of February next year, if they are lucky.

Another 87 million plus shares to add to already sizeable dilution pool.

The President of the Russian Federation signed a law on the development of technologies for the extraction of TR&Z December 03, 2019 From 2020, amendments to the Federal Law "On Subsoil" will enter into force. December 3, 2019, NEDRADV. The Law "On Subsoil" has been amended on the procedure for granting the right to use subsoil blocks for geological exploration, exploration and production of hard-to-recover minerals (TRiZ). The document was signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin. According to the new document, a new type of subsoil use is introduced into the law - the development of technologies for geological exploration, exploration and mining. The specific types of TRiZ, in respect of which the rights to use subsoil will be granted for this purpose, will be determined by the government. Sites will be allocated by decision of the commission at the request of the subsoil user. The commission will include representatives of Rosnedra and executive authorities of the corresponding constituent entity of the Russian Federation. The law provides for the provision of TRiZ plots on a competitive basis for a period of up to 15 years with the possibility of repeated extensions for five years, and under a combined license - up to seven years with the possibility of a single extension for three years.
