16/5/2021 09:17 | This is a nice company but there are headwinds-notably the cell cost deflation which is gathering pace through better chemistry and commercialisation.Bl Against this you have massive increase in demand. This means a drive to commoditise battery cells.Good news for consumers but not necessarily those who make them | pinkfoot2
16/5/2021 08:45 | MRF The idea behind a UK company it will save transport costs & import tax on goods from oversea in the future. | charlie9038

11/4/2021 18:13 | strange place to be building a huge manufacturing plant, its not close to any main transport hubs but hopefully it will be good for the local jobs and economy | arab3
11/4/2021 16:55 | Apparently the reason AMTE were up on Friday was because they were featured by Sam Volkering in Frontier Tech... hxxp://www.frontiert It’s an investment service dedicated to profit from new technologies, As they say: Whether it’s a company on the brink of revolutionising the way we treat cancer... or the exponential evolution of solar cells... or aiding the development of driverless cars, Frontier Tech Investor targets investments that could make you a triple-digit return – with the potential for much, much more. Fingers crossed... | davidbennett
09/4/2021 11:22 | Bought in first thing, allready up, nice when it goes like that :)) Even at these numbers its a great buy. Enjoy the ride | charlie9038
09/4/2021 10:32 | Its been tipped. Today is not the day to buy. An interesting prospect, but a very big step from a prototype to building a factory and achieving profitable sales. I shall watch this share, but let others fund the development and invest if and when there is evidence they have made that big step successfully. Way too expensive on any risk/reward analysis at present, IMO.I ask myself why this company? in the battery field, and at present I see no convincing answer. I hope I shall have a (favourable) answer, perhaps in 12 months time. | 1knocker
09/4/2021 08:23 | Battery shortages in the USA.. great share to be holding and yes activity picking up today GLA | bigpecs

01/4/2021 08:11 | Interesting article about Romeo Power in FT Alphaville today.Similar space | pinkfoot2
30/3/2021 13:51 | What is it with value investors posting on this board? We get it, you don't invest in anything unless it's established and supposedly undervalued... The full quote was as below; “Fuel cells are flavour of the month,” he said. “But it doesn’t make any money yet, so it should only be a small part of any portfolio.” Doesn't make any money YET. | 74tom
27/3/2021 22:01 | Also said should only have a small amount of the portfolio in there (AMTE) as they make no money. | value viper
27/3/2021 07:52 | Good article where AMTE Power get a positive mention: Oliver Brown, manager of the MFM UK Primary Opportunities fund, which specialises in investing in companies when they raise money, said he was seeing more potential in firms that may have flown under the radar. “There is more value in smaller firms. They can deliver better longer-term returns because the starting prices are lower and they still benefit from the same themes as the big floats, such as technology and subscription models,” he said. He bought into battery storage company Amte Power, which was admitted to the Alternative Investment Market, London’s junior exchange, this month. | markydeedrop
26/3/2021 07:20 | Back where we started. I know rhe Company focus is one major new product launch pa and it must be time to announce the first now and the pipeline of secured contracts and partners. | mnuttall69
25/3/2021 16:23 | Thats true, what ever the realities it seems the cost benefits originally hoped for for sodium may now be a sore point indeed. It may be there is only a tiny fragment of a market left for this chemistry, probably specialist military applications such as explosives where safety trumps costs. | my retirement fund
25/3/2021 14:37 | Actually they'd now be 40% more expensive on your facts. 70% is 40% greater than 50%! Just saying . . . | donaferentes
24/3/2021 12:57 | IKA is looks0 a pie in the sky valuation with a million to one chance of success. | my retirement fund
24/3/2021 10:46 | If you are going to invest in battery development in the uk, then IKA is the only option imo. Amte is an engineering company for niche small projects, and do not have what it takes to develop a revolutionary new battery. The market capitalisation here is Crazy and has been pumped by private investors that haven’t done their research. Price will slide below issue price quite quickly imo. | shstt1 |
