100% scam. Pinnacle were just a shell chancing it that they could get a buyer within the three months.

When the company needed money, nothing was forthcoming..

The shares have lurched down yet again! This is even worse than Argentex! But not as bad as Bidstack - YET. Bidstack is heading for complete failure.
