You've just posted on an "obsolete" thread, chica. Here's your post. I've transferred it to this thread. chica1 23 Sep '19 - 16:26 - 123 of 123 0 0 0 Oh ok Thanks. How do they keep track of shares ownership? I have mine in my brokerage account. Another question What of the voucher Amryt gets if AP101 gets approval. If they sell it wouldn't be valued at a similar amount. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> If you have your shares in a broker's nominee a/c your broker will just substitute the new shares for the old ones. No need to worry. They'll probably sell the voucher for the best price they can.

Look at the RNS dated 27/8/2019, chica. Here's what it says about the CVR payments: "The CVRs are payable in three tranches, being: -- A contingent entitlement of up to a maximum amount of $35,000,000 subject to the Food & Drug Administration ("FDA") issuing a Qualifying Approval in respect of AP101 prior to 1 July 2022; -- A contingent entitlement of up to a maximum amount of $15,000,000 subject to the European Medicines Agency ("EMA") issuing a Qualifying Approval in respect of AP101 prior to 1 July 2022; and -- A contingent entitlement of up to a maximum amount of $35,000,000 on Amryt achieving a 12-Month Trailing Net Product Revenue in excess of $75,000,000 from sales of AP101 prior to 30 June 2024. If any such milestone is achieved, New Amryt may elect to pay the CVR Holders by the issue of New Amryt Shares or Loan Notes. If New Amryt elects to issue Loan Notes to CVR Holders, it will settle such loan notes in cash 120 days after their issue. If none of the milestones are achieved, Scheme Shareholders and Option holders will not receive any additional consideration under the terms of the CVRs. In these circumstances, the value of each CVR would be zero. The terms of the CVRs will be governed by the CVR Instrument, further details of which are set out in the Admission Document."

What do the 3 CVR's in the New Amryt actually mean? Today's press release states. 'Amryt confirms that the Scheme Record Time will be 8.00 p.m. today, 23 September 2019. Scheme Shareholders on Amryt's register of members at the Scheme Record Time will, subject to the Scheme becoming effective, become entitled to receive New Amryt Shares pro rata to their existing holding at the Scheme Record Time. Furthermore, upon the Scheme becoming effective, Scheme Shareholders on Amryt's register of members at the CVR Record Time, which was 8.00 p.m. on 20 September 2019, will be entitled to receive three types of contingent value rights ("CVRs") in New Amryt for each Amryt Share held at that time. The CVRs are also being issued to Optionholders pro rata their existing holding of Options at the Scheme Record Time. Pursuant to the terms of the CVRs an aggregate amount of up to $85 million may become payable to the holders of CVRs if certain approvals and revenue milestones are met in relation to one of Amryt's principal clinical development products, AP101.

I believe that this Aegerion deal, diamondstar, has turned my PURE PUNT on the outcome of the Phase III trial on AP101 into an INVESTMENT on the growth prospects of Juxtapid/Lojuxta and Myalept. Of course a successful outcome to the AP101 trial would be icing on the cake. Fingers crossed as always. Wiley and Nealon have, as Friel believes, pulled off a masterstroke in encouraging the creditors of Aegerion/Novelion to transfer a large chunk of that debt into new AMYT shares enabling a new start for Aegerion and in the process turning the old AMYT from a gamble on the success, or otherwise, of AP101 into a company that could withstand the failure of AP101 without it's share price being trashed in the process.

Many thanks, diamondstar. I like the idea of someone with a nickname including the word positivity being told to "lighten up and be a bit more positive"! Very good. As far as I'm concerned mister negativityNicholas can stay on my filter list. I'm only interested in the AMYT share price. I will be a very positivityPapillon if and when the AMYT share price breaks above it's all time high of 162p (equivalent to a pre consolidation 27p) achieved a couple of times back in Q2 2017. Getting above that high is a very bullish signal IMO. There is clear blue sky for the AMYT share price above 162p. It would be very nice if that 162p resistance were breached before AMYT lists on Nasdaq. Whilst the future can't be successfully predicted it does look like the AMYT CEO & CFO have pulled off a masterstroke with this Aegerion/RTO deal. Hopefully the AMYT share price will fly after it lists on Nasdaq. Fingers crossed!

Papillon we don’t care what piddling amount of shares you bought, when and at what price. You are a self important person who none of us care what you do. Keep your business private and stop thinking anyone cares what you do

Many, many, thanks for that information, baloo99. In that case mdalos WILL NOT receive any CVR's. "Tee hee!!" Perhaps it's not such a bad day after all!

According to the Admission Document published on 27 August, the CVR record time was 8 pm on 20 September. Assuming that arrangement stands, only the shares that you still held on 20 September at 8 pm will be eligible for the CVRs.

The RNS dated 27th August states: "The CVR Record Date is 20 September 2019. If Shareholders sell their Ordinary Shares in advance of the CVR Record Date they will not be entitled to receive CVRs." It pains me to say this, but mdalos is correct. The shares he sold on Friday, 20th September, will still be eligible for the CVR's. What a shame! That's ruined my Sunday! The fact that those who bought on Friday will not receive the CVR's would explain the dip in the share price on Friday, which is what I posted in post 4944 yesterday as I agreed with dim2602's post. I suggested in post 4944 that Friday's drop might not be the full extent of the pullback, but US$60m of shares are being placed at 148p and the share price did stage a small recovery just before Friday's close so perhaps the share price will continue to recover next week. Whatever happens it will be an interesting week next week. I hope the share price does strengthen next week if only to prove he who thinks he knows everything, mdalos, is proved wrong. Not that I'm worried. I had my small top ups after the 27th August relisting (£400 @ 106p, £750 @ 105p and £300+ @ 124p) well before the CVR cut off date. PS Just after the relisting, when the share price hovered just above the £1 mark was a very good time to buy (as I did twice) what with the CVR cut off date set at 20th September and the coming 148p placing. I'm sure those who sold soon after relisting must be regretting their decision. I suppose you will always get those keen to sell after a lengthy suspension.

Very true, bazworth I see mdalos is still having problems with his CAPS LOCK. LOL. He seems to be getting very hot under the collar yet again; definitely not good for his blood pressure. His carers must be getting worried!
