Cheers Bermuda, thought I was going nuts for a moment. Good that those in an ISA can be moved. I hold in SIPP and trading account so it didn't come up for me.

I was reading on the LSE.
Bronxville says Novelion has been delisted from the Nasdaq on October 8th.
How can arbitrage between the 2 shares happen if that is the case.

webpax, maybe I'm wrong as you seem to have them in an ISA. I was sure I read they couldn't be. Will look but I might be wrong.

webpax,

I spoke to HL today, they'll be contacting shareholders within a week or so with arrangements for moving the CVRs out of their ISAs. You also should have received a message from HL outlining the terms of the CVRS and that also confirmed that they can't be held in an ISA.

Can't hold them in an ISA. They did make that clear.

Where was this made clear waterloo01?
I've had them credited to my Hargreaves Lansdown ISA, but nothing in my IG ISA yet.

"Talk about short attention spans. If you are here till at least Nasdaq why bother watching and commenting on the daily SP?"

Because, with the benefit of hindsight and cadburyhill's two posts on the lse bb today (and his post dated 12th September), I got my timing spectacularly wrong, waterloo01. I recently sold 500 shares at 126p (with the benefit of hindsight I should have sold more and at a higher price!) and I then recently bought 750 shares at 118p (see my posts) when, with the benefit of hindsight, I could have waited and bought at a lower price!

I only have one share. That's AMYT. Apart from a unit trust, or an investment trust, I wont be investing in shares again so I'm keen on making as much money as I can out of AMYT.

I used to gamble on AIM O&G's, waterloo01, but I wouldn't touch them with a bargepole in future; too risky and not ethically correct with regards to climate control.

With regard to the AMYT share price there are two very interesting posts by cadburyhill today on the lse AMYT bb. I recommend all shareholders read them. They satisfactorily explain the recent action of the AMYT share price I wish I had taken more notice of cadburyhill's post dated 12th September:

Its all here in this excellent link posted by gameangler. This is an arbitrage / special situation investors wet-dream so lots of stuff wont make short term sense. For instance, the Amryt stock will be shorted by those going long Novelion stock so they are hedged and their gain is near risk-free. As the seeking alpha article points out, theres a near three-bag opportunity in Novelion stock in the US because it will own around 8% of Amryt post transaction.

hTTps://seekingalpha.com/article/4290742-novelions-8_1-percent-stake-amryt-worth-1_50-share?dr=1

PS I do believe a Nasdaq listing will provide a fillip to the AMYT sp, Waterloo01 BUT IF I CAN PROFITABLY TRADE AMYT SHARES IN THE MEANTIME BY SELLING SHARES AT A HIGHER PRICE AND THEN BUYING THEM BACK AT A SIGNIFICANTLY LOWER PRICE I WILL. I DON'T KNOW WHY YOU ARE INVESTED IN AMYT BUT I'M ONLY HERE FOR THE MONEY AND IF I CAN MAKE A BIT MORE MONEY BY TRADING THE SHARES I WILL. Hence I'm very interested in the "daily sp" and will continue to comment on it. I suggest you filter me if my comments annoy you.

You'd want to have your head examined if you are a selling these shares at the moment, likely to increase at any announcement

I should have listened to mdalos! The share price is likely to continue to drift down until we get some good news which will attract the buyers again. When will that be? Who knows? Hopefully it's soon.

Investors have short attention spans. You'll always get the odd seller as boredom sets in and they see what they think is a better opportunity for a short term profit elsewhere. Hence the drift down in the share price until we either get news, or bottom fishers suspect the share price has bottomed out.

Just a few small sells so far today, all at the 115p bid price, apart from a 50k sell this morning, again at 115p, for proceeds of 57.5k

Well 6 small trades today. Two for 1500 shares was obviously a rollover (only 8 seconds separated the trades) while the other 4 were all small sells.

I'm still in profit to the tune of 27.75%, but my profit is gradually being whittled away. The trouble is NO buyers. The buyers have their CVR's and now there is no incentive to buy. It will need some good news to attract the buyers again. I suspect that news will be an update on the Nasdaq listing. Let's hope we get that update very soon!!!!!!!!!!!!! I should have followed mdalos's lead and sold all my AMYT shares once I had the CVR's. Will I never learn? I could have sold and bought back cheaper! DOH! LOL

It pays to listen to mdalos!!!! LOL..

Amryt Pharma - AMYT
Good for you... mine are FREE of course, they're in MY name... and I bailed at the highs for a well-deserved Profit too.

Good luck with your ever diminishing returns, I hope your CVRs do end up being worth something/anything... cos that will mean my FREE ones are valuable to me too... LOLs

MDALOS1 - iamsold

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Good for you "mdalos - iamsold". You have made a profit from selling all of your AMYT shares after holding them for years? (from the FAST days?) and you have your CVR's in your name (unless the buyers of your shares can claim them?).

Of course I don't directly own my AMYT shares and CVR's; they are indirectly held in my online broker nominee a/c (I hope they don't go bust!), but to all intents and purposes they are mine.

So you reckon the AMYT share price will continue to decline? I don't agree, but I could be wrong. I think listing on Nasdaq will give a boost to the AMYT sp, but I could be wrong. What's your target for the AMYT sp, mdalos, for the end of 2019?

On checking my online broker a/c, MADLOSS, I can confirm I have the following:

5000 CVR's (Revenue)

5000 CVR's (EMA) and

5000 CVR's (FDA)

Whether they will be worth anything in the future I have no idea.

As is often the case after a consolidation and placings the ADVFN data in the header is completely wrong! The current Mkt Cap is stated as £256m when in fact it is £186m based on the current share price of 118p and the current shares in issue of 157,718,438.

Whether £186m is fair value, or not, for new AMYT bearing in mind it's current turnover, growth prospects and net debt is open to question. I think it undervalues new AMYT, but only time will tell whether I'm right, or wrong.

Looking at the 3 year chart on the AMYT web site I'm taking the view there could be support at the current sp, so I have bought back the 500 shares I sold earlier this week and added another 250. Hence I have bought 750 shares @ 118.2p to add to the 4,500 I already held. That makes my total holding 5,250 shares.

PS The volume so far today and yesterday has been very, very, small.

Fall
Today 16:02
From 140 few weeks back to 120 pretty spectacular fall .

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

I'm afraid I have to disagree with Ajok. A 15% share price drop within a few weeks is ENTIRELY USUAL for a small cap share like AMYT that had experienced a 91% rise within the last 5 weeks on relisting and some good news RNS's. Ajok has obviously forgotten that the AMYT share price was the equivalent of just 73.5p prior to relisting just 5 weeks ago.

Actually Ajok has shown, in his previous posts on the lse AMYT bb he is sadly ignorant when it comes to the movement of AIM listed shares. I, on the contrary, have been following such speculative share price movements since the early 70's, almost 50 years ago and I can assure Ajok that they invariably go, in the short term, too high (overbought) following good news being issued and drop too low (oversold) on bad news being issued.

I don't know how low the AMYT share price will go in the short term, but it will settle down at a bottom when it starts to become attractive to buyers again and the buyers match the sellers and it will start to rise again on the next good news, which is likely to be the date of the Nasdaq listing.
