placing risk very uncertain now - I'm out this morning, but at a healthy profit so all good. Fundraise will need to be a significant amount or not worthwhile, and then you are fundraising with a poor negotiating position (ie, we must raise this money or we are bust), so it will be v.dilutive. The court are likely to listen to the FCA, even though they aren't turning up!

Amigo is up over 300% since low nearly 400% think clever money is taking money off table, judge will go with FCA imho dyor meanwhile you want a case that could be won look at PFP £3m mcap £671m claim for theft of mine by Mozambique government, recent fundraising above the prevailing share price and Goldman Sachs ex big hitter on board, even if it gets 10% of claim that’s a twenty bag, if it gets the mine back we’ll do your own maths, these big guys don’t throw money around and take on jobs if they don’t think they can win imho dyor

If I had some more cash I’d be buying more shares after that news it’s excellent what’s not to like. All noise about the FCA they can’t say “this is great we think it’s good go ahead” they have to be negative about stuff like this to try and deter other companies etc etc. But what do I know lol

i was hoping for an up day, after that late rns yesterday...

It explains to me why JPMORGAN etc are taking a position on CFD'S,,they wont have to stump up the cash when a placing comes out..

Pleased to be able to get out at break even. Good luck all. FCA imo will demand more contribution to the scheme which will impact profits so the short-medium term opportunity is not the same as it was yesterday imo.

Bear I think I posted be the case before first court need more £, imho GJ knew this. Think current price is with vote in it, finally although I think amigo have a great legal team, the establishment is the establishment.so they were always going to have to put up a fight.

MMs will take advantage anyway and drop it first thing.

Amigo will raise the level of share of profits if necessary but we may see a placing if share price is reasonably high still

The ride continues! lol

FCA have got to be seen to be taking a hard line for their own credibility.
